I was really disappointed with the fries; I placed an order through my app and pressed the order button when I got there so order would be fresh. I work right up the street and when I got back to eat, my fries were extremely soggy and soft. I really look forward to y'all's fries, when i order from y'all. Staff always does a great job getting food right and hot. Only thing that went wrong is my wife had a online order and when I got to the drive-through window they said they didn't have the order even though my wife already paid for it. I got to the window to ask where are order was and looked like nobody knew where my order was except one employee. I was shocked I had to wait 10 minutes because someone's mistake. After I received my order I asked if they put sauces in the bag girl said she didn't know. So I had to check on that luckily they were in the bag. This is the only thing that has gone wrong at this location I would have gave it 5 stars but they didn't even ask if they could give a cookie or anything for the wait. read more

My husband and I ate here while being out of town. The employees were super nice and greeted us as soon as we walked in the door! Over the last year this Chick-fil-A has definitely improved!! The manager is awesome. She has all the usuals memorized by name. Very fast and efficient. Almost every Wednesday morning I place a large order for our office staff meeting and they never have me waiting more than 10 min. Awesome service, polite, fast and clean!! We stopped in today at the Wylie, TX location for Lunch. Although the place was swarming with High Schoolers, the service and food was excellent. I was happy this new CFA opened next to my house but the drive thru isn't ran very well... they have it split into two place to order then combines into one line. I was in the right line (one car in front of me) and the whole left lane cleared out before the person in front of me went. Also every time I come here there is no salt on the fries at all, I always have to come home and put some on myself... disappointed CFA is always good. read more

Went to chick fil a for lunch today and of course the food was great but the staff was so friendly! They had two staff members out taking orders as I'm sure they were expecting a lunch rush. My server was very nice, took my order, and wished me a safe drive. My order was ready in no time and I was on my way! Went into the new Wylie location to get some dinner tonight. I have never been a big fan of chick fil a, but my teenager likes it so we went through the drive thru. My daughter ordered the number 1 meal, simple enough. I ordered the grilled chicken on the gluten free bun. Now mind you, I had been working all day, so when I got home, I was really ready to eat. I have to be honest, I was so hungry that I was about to eat my daughter's fries and mine. I open my container to put my grilled chicken and all the fixings on the gluten free bread. I asked my daughter was there anything else in the bag. "No mom...why?" I simply took the bag, went out to the garage and drove back up there and demanded a full refund. These "chicken heads" had packed my order with no grilled chicken. I mean, who's working in the kitchen at a "chick fil a" and forgets to give you the CHICKEN FILET? The name of the business is chick fil a and I come home to eat my dinner and found a tomato, lettuce, cheese, bacon and a gluten free bun, but no grilled chicken. Mind you, this meal is almost $9. omg, I was so upset and still hungry. After working all day myself. What a HUGE let down. Never again. read more

Great food, that is, when they correctly fill my order at the drive-thru. Last 3-4 visits there's at least 1 thing missing. Lots of teens "working" there but no adult/manager in site and appears to be a party atmosphere. Shame because historically CFA locations are always well-trained and accurate in fulfilling orders...this location makes you feel like you're interrupting a slumber party with all the self-entitled teens acting as if they're doing you a favor to serve you. My spouse and I work in Addison and the Chic-fil-a there runs like a well-oiled machine, even during the lunch hours. We are very excited about having a Cfa in Wylie but, as previous reviews have said, some of the kinks need to be worked out. This is the slowest Cfa I have ever been to and as previous reviews have said when you've waited more than a reasonable amount of time (15-20 mins) to get your food and you pull up through the drive thru to see people standing around when it is not a peak hour and the drive thru line is short it makes you question what is happening and how fresh your food will be... not to mention the drive home after (the one in Addison seems to taste fresher when getting food to go). Also, lessen the cookie time a little bc the ones here are a little on the crispy side. read more

We have been excited to finally have a Chick-fil-A in Wylie. Most of the time we go through the drive through, but went in tonight for dinner. The design and decor of the new store we very nice but that is where it stopped. We visited at 7:30 so it was not too busy. There were several tables that were not clean and the floor was needing to be swept. There were several employees standing around behind the counter, running into each other and joking with each other. It was the atmosphere of a party. You could barely hear the person repeat your order back because of the nonsense going on. It was almost like we were intruding on their party. My drink order was wrong so I went back to the counter and again I had to get someone's attention to get my drink. My order came out and was sitting on the counter and there was no one paying attention. When my drink came the order was still sitting there so I served myself. I watched another customer go through the same experience at the counter. I wondered where the manager was but then he came out of the back room and he was seeming to join in on the party right along with the other employees. We have never seen a more poorly run Chick-fil-A. Honestly it would be worth the drive to Murphy where we get the service we have come to expect at Chick-fil-A. read more

I hate writing reviews but felt I needed to add on to what other people are saying so hopefully they will read them and correct it. I use to work at Canes and I get getting food out fast is what is suppose to be done, but please check your work. There was two girls working the drive through lanes taking orders and she was so distracted while taking my order because of the head set. When she repeated it, it sounded right and when I paid for it, it sounded right. When I got to work I realized they gave me fried sandwich when I ordered grilled and no fries! I was so looking forward to those fries today, and I could go back but that line and place was so crazy. I never checked my food here but now I sure will! Went to this new chick fil a in Wylie this week. It was as expected, excellent service as all locations provide. My son had fun at the indoor playground after he ate, and we enjoyed a quiet dinner on a slower Tuesday night for them. They have a smart layout to keep people flowing and it looks like they will handle lines well. Staff were friendly. Tables were clean. Restrooms were clean. read more
