The food is good but, it's the customer service is where it slacks the most. I normally go during afternoon and it seems to be the crew hardly ever sell bags of ice whether they're slow or not. On top of that they always seem to mess something up on the order or simply leave out anything extra but, are fast to wanna charge you for it. read more

Avoid this location! It took over 30 minutes to get our order. At other locations, this usually takes less than 5 minutes. They told us it would be "10 more minutes" two different times. The employees looked like they didn't know what they were doing. And they still got our order wrong. read more

Chicken express in Snyder is nasty. First of all we had to wait 35 minutes for #1 meals. That is their "specialty". The trash cans were running over. There were 12 customers in the restaurant. Someone tripped on the wet floor sign. The cook came out and picked it up then went back to cooking without washing his hands. The floor was nasty. When we finally got our food it was nasty. I love Chicken Express. I used to work at one so I know a few things. This one is a disappointment though. Almost every time we purchase here something just doesn't go right. Most of the times it's the fact that the tenders are bland and don't taste like they've been marinated, other days the line through the drive through is pretty backed up. Yesterday we went and they were completely out of tenders so we ordered some boned chicken. Food is fair, service is terrible. Girl at the order window, rolls her eyes when you walk in and again when you walk out. They close at 9:00 and will lock the doors and whisk you out even if you just got your food. Needs a new owner or manager that is interested in making it a good business. read more

Went to the drive thru tonight. Placed my order then sat in the exact same spot at the ordering board for 8 minutes and didn't move. Finally drove off. There were 5 cars in front of me when I left. My guess is that I would have been in the line for at least 20 minutes. In the past couple months this place has gotten unbelievably slow. Will probably not go back. Food is very good however I don't have 20 to 30 minutes to wait in line for employees who could care less that customers are waiting all night for food. The employees totally suck. read more
