What's not to love about CSC? As expected everything was delicious and service was wonderful. We ordered 4 scoops. Spicy Pimento, jalapeño holly, Kickin Kay Lynn, and my all time favorite Dixie chick. Each tasted fresh and had well balanced flavor profiles. Don't be fooled by the names/ingredients nothing is super hot/spicy here. The jalapeño holly especially is really good and has lots of flavor without being too spicy. The Kickin Kay Lynn has a complex flavor of smoky, savory, with a touch of Buffalo heat, but not the tangy was that usually accompanies buffalo flavors. A word to the wise, don't be afraid of the Dixie chick. Yes, it's main flavor is onion, but it's done so nicely and it's rather mellow, and pairs well with just about any of the other flavors. The meal was great, but the service was what made it exceptional. I went with my 96yo grandmother. Getting her to eat can be a challenge. What made it truly special was the Manager Laureen who made sure my grandmother had an unforgettable experience. When my grandmother finished her meal, Laureen brought out more samples. Don't get me wrong, I really like chicken salad ... the problem is that the parking here and traffic flow at lunchtime is horrific, and I'm not exaggerating. Only the parking at the Walmart down Pooler Parkway could beat the experience (see my Walmart review). As for the chicken salad, yeah it's ok ... The portions are a little bit small for "this guy" and you can tell that there's not a lot of love put into anything. I see all of the other rave reviews posted here and feel a little bad for not going ga-ga. Maybe it's a chick thing, pun intended? Today I go in the ice machine is broken, they don't have a sign to let you know it not working. As I am waiting on my food I watch several people ask the food runner for ice. She get the ice with an attitude, but she gets the ice. So, when she calls my name for my order, I ask may I get some ice ? She says I can't get ice for everyone. What!?! Rude! The parking lot is awful at lunch time so be aware you might be parking at the Longhorn. I did the trio of chicken salad. First let me say, that is way too much food to finish for one person. I was hungry and I could still really only finish 2 balls of chicken salad. All the fat in the mayo gets to you. I wouldn't get more than 2 scoops, or 1 scoop and a side. I liked the original and the Fancy Nancy which had apples, grapes and pecans. I wasn't crazy about the Jazzy Julie which is called the hottest one. The color was nice but I wasn't very spicy. I might have also just been getting too full. The service was quick, and my glasses case fell out of my bag when I left. I called them two hours later and they had them and they kept them in the office until I could get them the next week. Thanks! Also they currently don't have nutrition info out which is strange because most of their menu should be the simple addition of multiple known ingredients.
