First: They are great communicators. I got my quote in a very timely fashion. Before they show up, they let you know they are coming. And when they say they are coming, they actually do. I had a complex painting color scheme for the house. They executed it to my specifications and they were super flexible when I changed my mind on a few things. They work fast and efficiently, but also did a good quality job. To me, this means they are professionals. Every painter was friendly and customer service oriented. But worse than that, they taped opaque sheeting over the bedroom window--gave no notice they were doing so--and left it overnight. There is absolutely NO regard for who might be living in the residence. They left a large and very loud pressure washer running just outside my window (no painters in view) at 7:50 a.m. Pressure-washed (presumably--doesn't look any different than before) the wall outside my bedroom at 8 a.m. At 6:30, left all their garbage in the backyard. If I had a choice, I would NOT use this company. I will be taking it up with our Board.

WR Painting worked quickly, efficiently, and professionally on the walls, trim, baseboards, and…read moredoors in my home. They also painted the registers, and I hired them to paint the kitchen cabinets. They sent a team of two to begin on the cabinets. It took four days of sanding, priming, and painting to complete the job. It looked great, though some details were lacking, such as re-attaching the cabinet doors (loose and crooked) and painting in dark places where the sprayer couldn't reach. However, after addressing these concerns with Wilbur and Greg, the imperfections were fixed and it all looks great! After the cabinets, the team worked on painting upstairs. They were very efficient, and the only issues were that some of the hardware wasn't removed before painting and in some places, another coat was needed. It was no problem; they were happy to fix the imperfections once they were pointed out. The downstairs turned out very nicely. They even did a little extra work on some paneling that had been painted incorrectly by the previous owners in order to ensure quality work. I appreciated that. Originally, they hand-brushed the metal registers/vents, which didn't look nice. The paint was chunky and runny. After I asked them to fix it, they sanded each one and sprayed them, and they all look really nice. Overall, I would recommend this company. The owner was willing to take time to come address specific concerns in my house, and the manager was very professional and personable through the entire process. Even with having to wait between painting the upstairs and downstairs due to renovations, as well as having to come listen to errors/issues, they were patient and accommodating. At the end of the project, I was satisfied with the results. When we are ready to paint the exterior, we will likely contact WR Painting.
