Went back for more replacement pieces... none available. Long drive for disappointment. My advice, call before u go to make sure they have what u need in stock, also be careful driving into the parking lot. The curb is absolutely hidden in the dark & rain. They really should consider reflective paint this summer, wreaking havoc on ppl's cv joints & wheel alignment to say the least. I hit it on the way in ( scared the HELL out of me) & watched 3 ppl hit it by the time we left. Will only go in daylight now & searching for a new place. Can't afford to tear up my car. For a few bucks u could save a lot of customers as well as your store. I totally picture a news story on someone hitting that curb & uncontrollably smashing into the front of the store. read more

I love this place! So many things to look at :D. Not to say I wished I smoked so I could own some of the really nice hookah's and/or pipes they have in here... but I would seriously consider non-tobacco shisha, I'd absolutely buy from them... I usually go in there for my incense. Good prices on it. The staff is really awesome, friendly and helpful. They seem more than willing to educate, tobacco noobs such as myself. Their policies are clearly posted everywhere, and I would believe they are strictly enforced for conversation and word content spoken. Do yourself a favor and find another vendor. I purchased a 'vape' there for 175 dollars that produces zero vapors whatsoever and does not serve its purpose. I try to return it within less than 24 hours and they give me their iron fisted no return policy. I felt scammed and insulted by the clerk who obviously has no experience with portable vapes. All they had to do was let me swap it for credit. They chose to have a disgruntled customer and a bad review instead. Is it worth a 60-70 dollar loss to make me happy ? I guess not.
