I visited the Child Support Solutions offices in Birmingham with all the paperwork and meet with 1 of the employees after an initial 1 hour meeting I was informed that Child Support Solutions would take my case which was pretty routine and fight the CSA on my behalf this would cost me £100 a month for their services but they were confident all my debts would be written off, I was self employed at the time and couldnt afford £100 a month but got my parents to pay it for me as they were aware of the problems I had with the CSA, the £100 would cover all letters phonecalls and court appearances if need be and I was advised not to contact the CSA or pay them and I signed a form allowing Child Support Solutions to deal on my behalf with the CSA. I was with Child Support Solutions for over 2 years paying them in excess of £2000 in that time, during this period I recieved approximatly 6 letters from the Child Support Solutions sent to the CSA on my behalf as my debt was getting larger with the CSA I tried to get Child Support Solutions to bring it to some sort of satisfactory end because I couldnt afford to keep asking my parents for their services, so after 2 years of Child Support Solutions looking after my case they informed me the CSA were being awkward and wouldnt accept I was self employed and Child Support Solutions wasnt sure they could get my debt looked at and I would have to speak to the CSA myself. I rang the CSA and after a 20 minute call they had written off my debt, reassessed me on a nil balance and even rang my mum to appologise for the phone calls they had made to her looking for me. So after paying Child Support Solutions over £2000 to get no further forward than when I first approached them and then sorting my problems out myself they now reckon I still owe them £400 and have set bailiffs on me. I am no supporter of the CSA and have had all the problems people have had with them I just think people should be aware that there are companies out there who are aware of the problems the CSA cause us and are quick enough to exploit this leaving people in even more debt than before. The name Child Support Solutions is an exageration of the truth. Very rude especially the boss Bob Pape who is not even a solicitor. Don't get stung with this firm and its high charges. They feed on people who are in trouble and give you an even bigger kick in your face. The advice you get is from people who are not solicitors. Avoid this firm and especially Mr Pape. This disgusting company are acting for my ex partner and didnt even have the b***s to represent him at tribunal which i had clearly won, they advised him to withdraw his appeal and then pay them excessive amounts of money per month which could be going towards the upbringing of our child, they have NO regards of the childs best interest at heart, i wish my ex all the best luck in the world with these people that made him type his own declaration to sign his case to them with the massive costs incurred every month, how very very sad Bob Pape is!!!! He obviously has no children of his own to pay for (shame) ha , because my child makes me happier than anything ,its not about the money its the principle that these people prey on my (poor ha) Ex , well good luck to them both , at least i can sleep at night knowing that i provide love and support to my child Ha !!!!! read more

I have used the services of Child Support Solutions, in particular Bob Pape for a number of years. I have found Mr Pape to be nothing but courteous, helpful and professional at all times. Without Child Support Solutions, I would be getting ppitance in maintenance but thanks to Bob Pape I receive a very healthy maintenance payment every month. I would have given-up on the C.S.A. years ago but Child Support Solutions has managed my case very effectively and satisfactorily and continues to do so. Child Suport Solutions in a nut shell are Crap and expensive thats all I can say about this bunch of theives. Save your money and use a firm of solicitors who know what they are talking about especially if you have a complex case and you can't afford to mess up! read more

Save your money! Your better off using NACSA they are much more reasonable or go for a specialist firm of lawyers rather than these guys!!!
