This is an amazing school! Both my son and daughter currently attend Children's' World South of Davie. My daughter is in VPK with Ms. Maureen who has taught my daughter everything from addition, basic subtraction and is also reading and writing. She is in a loving and Safe environment that I feel I can trust and appreciate because I see the results in her actions. My son is in the 1st grade with Ms. Connie and he has been thriving academically on a 2nd grade level. He is also showing me his grades on a weekly basis when it comes to spelling tests and math quizzes etc, he always seems to understand the curriculum and to show for it he always Aces his tests ( PROUD MOM MOMENT). The center itself has a very organic feel, no bright colors to distract the child or over stimulate so that was something I caught instantaneously. It's a Reggio inspired school , look it up if you want to learn more about. I am the most over-protective mother. My children don't have babysitters, did not attend Vpk because of the pandemic. I am getting my Masters in clinical social work and struggled to even think about the possibility of sending my 5 year old to kindergarten. This school is hands down the most amazing place on the planet. Mrs. Helen (director/owner) and Mrs. Neesha (k/1 teacher) are the kindest, most loving people. Unconditionally loving people - this kind of school just doesn't exist anymore. The love is tangible, the consideration and devotion to the students and families remarkable, the atmosphere and education truly on par with Reggio Amelia. Everything about this school makes me feel safe, makes my daughter feel appreciated for her unique gifts and truly seen as a member of a community, and the curriculum and campus promotes the love of learning. To be able to use a scholarship and have a true Montessori experience is like winning the lottery! I am not overly religious or spiritual but this school makes me feel like I have been blessed. I was referred to Children's World South by a close friend and my 2 year old daughter started in April this year. When I tell you, this was the best decision in daycare that me and my fiancé made. First and foremost Mrs. Helen and Mr. Ross are amazing directors/owners. They are so attentive, loving and caring towards the children and it really shows based off of our daughter's reaction when I drop her off, she jumps with joy when she see's them. All of the teachers have great communication with the parents and truly care for the children's well being. It is such a pleasure speaking with the staff everyday. One of the best things, is the app they use to keep parents in the loop of what's going on with their child throughout the day. They send videos, pics and timely updates!!! My daughter started off as very timid and quiet, but has now turned into such a social butterfly because of all the great educational, art and physical activities happening in the classrooms everyday. My Son attends Children's World South and I can't be any happier with everything he has learned so far. Everyday he surprises me with something new! Ms. Helen is an amazing director and is always involved and dedicated to the children. I love how she incorporates a learning program that involves nature and teaching kids about their surroundings. She also encourages parents to get involved by volunteering, I read a Fall inspired book to my sons class and the children we're very much engaged and my son was so proud of my involvement that day. My son's teacher Ms. Maureen gives me a sense of security that my son is learning, loved and safe. She is firm yet nurturing and that combination is what I feel is best for my son. He has learned everything from counting to drawing and even the correct way of washing your hands which I thought was absolutely adorable that my son was teaching me how to be sanitary. I absolutely fell in love with this school the moment I randomly (without an appointment) walked through the door and heard all of the children laughing and genuinely having a blast. I had been school hunting for months and everywhere else seemed to institutionalized for my 4 year old twins who'd never been to school before. Mrs. Helen is a beautiful spirit. She is very passionate about teaching and educating children and it is evident in her school; from her staff to her class room settings. One of the things that stood out to me the most with this school, that made it unique and unlike the rest, was its approach on emotional support for the children. At Children World South Davie, it is clear that the children come first! All of the staff members are like extended family members to our family, and that was not only important for us as parents but also for Mrs. Helen and her amazing staff as well. My 3yo daughter is in place that is nurturing and motivational! On my first tour, I fell in love with the place itself, everything is clean and orderly where little hands can reach items to express their creativity...natural objects: baskets, leaves, sea shells, river rocks! It is all very thoughtfully prepared with learning in confidence at the top-most priority. The teachers are kind, and speak to the children in ways unusually heard in a classroom "I like how Bobby is sitting" as opposed to "Don't stand up! Sit down!" Positive reinforcement makes a huge difference. Ms. Helen, the Director, is well-learned, very sweet and knows each child personally. she is a joy to interact with, always ready with a warm hug for the children (and parents alike!) We get regular updates on development and progress on a weekly basis as opposed to a once a month pile-on of projects! We are very happy to have found our school and have even brought other families here to join in the experience. read more

I will forever be grateful that we found this amazing school. There are many things that make this school special but most importantly is the head of the school. Ms Helen! She genuinely cares about every single student there. Our son Kaiden struggled with his speech and with adapting to new classroom setting and Ms Helen was heaven sent. She voluntarily guided me to get the best help for my son and for that I am forever grateful! The school is very clean and all the teachers are absolutely amazing. You can feel that they love what they do. My son was always happy at drop off which made my day easier knowing he is happy at his school. We relocated from Connecticut to Davie, FL. last April. I was in need of Child Care which was something new for my wife and I. We were very fortunate to have my in-laws watch the kids. I spoke to some friends and they highly recommended Children's World South. I called and spoke to Helen who is extremely pleasant and passionate about the kids. After meeting with Helen and touring the school we decided to enrolled our four year old son. My son enjoyed his time there. He would wake up very excited to go to school. He absolutely loved his classmates, teachers and Mrs. Helen. Helen does an amazing job with the curriculum! They do an outstanding job teaching the kids, but more importantly caring for the kids. I would highly recommend Children's World for any parent that is reluctant on bring their child to day Care. For a year and a half, I've had the opportunity and pleasure of relying on the Children World South team for the care and education of my daughter. Since I was pregnant, I've been concerned and researched a lot about the education path for my daughter. That's when I discovered and fell in love with the Reggio Emilia approach. I found Children World South school, and despite having to wait a year for a spot, I didn't give up, and I have no regrets. We love Children's World South (CWS)! Our son was in another Broward daycare - it was overcrowded and he was not getting the attention he needed - it just seemed like he was a number. I came across CWS while looking for another school to enroll him in - I went on a tour and signed him up that day (Davie location). Our son is now almost 4 and has been attending CWS for almost a year (a full year in April '19) and the changes are amazing (his patience levels, communication skills, etc). He loves all the teachers there - it is a very friendly and family-like atmosphere. The directors Mrs. Helen and her husband Mr. Ross are incredible people: patient, attentive, sensitive and professional and this is reflected in everything around them: the children, the teachers and all the staff involved. They are always looking for new support for parents and children: the WeFeel program (implemented by FIU University) has been of incredible support for both me and my child. WeFeel is a program that talks about managing emotions, providing real support in helping the child to understand and manage their emotions. Amazing Leadership! The owner, Ms Helen, leads by example with unparalleled dedication and devotion to the school and the children's success. The office manager, Ms Kimberly is warm and inviting and keeps you abreast of all happenings. Ms Amber is the BEST teacher I've ever met. She encourages creativity yet maintains structure and rules in her classroom. She teaches new concepts to the children in new innovative ways that always keep them engaged and interested. I couldn't be happier with the academic achievements I've witnessed by my daughter in the past year and a half. This school has been a blessing. My son went here only for VPK but he excelled so much in his year here. I love how they take care of the kids as if they were their own and teach them life skills. My son LOVES coming here everyday. When we first came here i was a nervous wreck leaving my boy at a new school but it was the best decision we made. My daughter is attending VPK at Children's World South in Davie. She loves it and we love it. Mrs Helen, Mrs Maureen and the entire staff are wonderful. The curriculum is outstanding and their care for the kids is beyond any parents expectations. You can see they really love what they do. My daughter has learned so much in one year. My Husband and I could not be more in love with Children's World South. Our daughter is enrolled in the VPK wrap around program. My young daughter talks about school all night long. she feels so much love from not only her Teachers, Ms.Tiffany and Ms. Maureen, But from the other children as well. When we walk in the door Ms. Helen is Always there with a kind word and a hug for Morgan. Its a school that made me feel at ease when leaving my daughter in their hands.
