We've now rented twice and each time they were VERY timely and careful about making sure cords and hoses were out of the way, making sure things looked nice and there were no tripping hazards. An employee suggested that we pick them up and she would only charge $50 instead $75. Plus she was not very nice on the phone. They also have a $500 minimum order and they charged $200 for delivery.
