The menu is boring and overpriced. I had chicken bacon ranch quesadillas. It was mostly cheese. The potato soup is mostly cheese sauce. Not too many healthy options to choose from with the exception of chicken fajitas. Jennifer was very pleasant and made sure we had everything we needed. We just got carryout, but it was honestly perfect. The fajito trio is pretty dang good, even from a chain. All the sauces and salsas were included and everything was hot and fresh. I had one issue I ordered a Lemon Shot drink I never got it even tho she wrote down,I never reminded her I'm like maybe she forgot long story short it wasn't on the bill which was great cause them I would've had a problem. My girlfriend and I had lunch today the food was beyond outstanding. The best Ive ever had at a Chili's. From the Fries to the ribs everything was sooo good. The southwest eggrolls and the Nashville Hot crispers were our favorite items. our server was Vanessa and she could not have been better. Mediocre food with slow service. I got a shrimp salad. It was fine, nothing spectacular. I also got the margarita of the month, which was a mix of Hennessy, tequila, and some type of mixer. The first one was so good. I ordered a second. The second tasted completely different and even had different fruit garnishes. It was sour and not drinkable. I asked for it to be remade, and it still tasted nothing like the first. Consistency is important, and they definitely missed the mark on that. My dining partner had tacos, which she said were ok. Guess this experience reminded me why I don't usually go to chain restaurants. Service was friendly but very slow. On the plus side- I got in "line" using the Yelp app, and when we got there, we only had to wait a couple minutes to be seated, versus 20 if I hadn't checked in beforehand. read more

Went to this location on 8/4/25 with my 82yr father for lunch. We both ordered burgers medium mine no cheese extra pickles. They brought the order fast but my order had cheese they took it back to remake. Came back after 15 min. Burger had no cheese but was well done. Took it back to remake again. Asked the waitress to please make sure it was right this time. Order came back after 20 min. This time the manager came to deliver the order. And again the burger was well done I told the manager it was wrong. Her reply was you can go somewhere else and leave and used several curse words to say this. Told me to leave now or she would call the police. This was so uncalled and her behavior was horrible with kids also in ear shot. I called later that day to see if I could speak to a different manager and got the same manager. She said her name was Tiffany not sure if that is true but she was still the same person cussing and yelling and threatening. Watch out for those hidden charges. They use this iPad based payment system on the table and it was very difficult to see the actual bill unless I get a print out. My final bill showed a fee of $2.99 for use of table entertainment which I had no clue of. When I asked the waitress about that, the answer was "you must have played a game". The process to get the refund was difficult and lengthy. Chili, stay in your swim lane, make tasty food and provide good service. Those little tricks will drive all your customers away. read more

I hesitated giving a review because I only like to give rave reviews of wonderful service & really good food. Usually I prefer to keep not-so-good thoughts to myself. I suppose it's only fair to be honest on both ends? Well, at least this one isn't too, too bad. Stopped into this Chili's for a quick bite & to eat something familiar (used to visit Chili's on the regular when my daughter was in her tweens); the service provided by Zaya was okay; ordered the Cajun Pasta adding broccoli instead of meat & requested the strawberry lemonade because they didn't have virgin pina coladas. I asked Zaya if the lemonade was sweet & she acknowledged in the affirmative. Umm, no: it wasn't. Unless 'tangy' is the new 'sweet'. Welp, sent that back & opted for refreshing water instead. When the food finally arrived it looked great! but it was room temperature to almost cold & not as tasty as I recalled. It wasn't crowded at all so it was relaxing on that respect. We got there not long after opening so we were seated and greeted very promptly. The service was great and we never had to ask for anything. The food was fantastic. I opted for the chicken crispers with fries and honey mustard and it was so good. You can tell the tenders are high quality and not cheap grade chicken. It's moist and almost falls apart when you eat it. We love to do the 2 for $25 deal - you get to pick an app, two entrees and a dessert for 25 bucks! I was quite surprised by the wonderful experience I had at this Chili's location. I haven't been to chili's in a few years. My family and I were hungry after shopping at the Meijer on the hill. Originally, we were only going to order our food to go, but the hostess was so nice that he convinced us do stay and dine in. We were seated at a booth next the bar. I liked it. It wasn't too quiet or too noisy. Our waitress, Ann was SUPER SWEET and she provided excellent recommendations. We were all very happy with our meals. My girlfriend was really bummed cause we went there because she wanted their chips and salsa. Not sure how a restaurant like Chiles doesn't have chips. For our entrée we split the chicken fajitas. It came with black beans and Mexican rice. The fajitas were good. The beans I really enjoyed. The rice was just ok. One thing I didn't like is they served cooked tomatoes with the fajitas. Since moving to this area a couple of months ago, I have frequented the Chili's restaurant on "The Hill" a few times now. I've had no complaints! The service is always cool, and the staff always seems to be very nice. It's clean. And the food has always been on point! I stopped last night to dine in for the 3 for $10.00 special. I ordered my usual, side salad, and Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers with Corn on the Cob and Loaded Mashed Potatoes. I never knew Chili's didn't serve Baked Potatoes, as I was really wanting to substitute that for the fries. But it was no big deal. I also had points for free Chips and Salsa, which is always good as well. So again, I can only comment positive remarks about this location. I'm sure I will be back soon! read more

Worse customer service. We came in on a Thursday wasn't busy at all! Young hostess who is rude with attitude clearly doesn't know her job is a customer service position. Right when I walked in I said hello to the hostess who put her finger up at me and response was hold on a moment. When she did decide we were worthy of her time she said how many? No smile no greeting. We told her 11 she again said one moment and went to the back. When she returned she informed us they were not seating in one part of the restaurant and had three waitresses so it would be about a 30 min wait. We agreed to wait. While waiting over an hour and watching 10 people be seated we decided to ask why weren't we seated yet? Hostess response was "I TOLD YOU WE WERE SHORT STAFFED AND IM WAITING ON THESE TABLES BECAUSE I CANNOT SEAT YOU TOGETHER." Which afterwards we asked to speak to a manager. We told the manager it's been over an hour we were told 30 mins and were not informed why we weren't being seated after seeing several other people seated. The manager was no help she informed us the side of the restaurant was closed due to being short staffed. After we said we understand but if your short staffed how are 5 other couples seated before our party of 11 even though we have been waiting and her response was once the tables were available we would be seated. When they finally were seating us they tried to have one whole table between our groups so we had 6 people at one table then a table between us and another 6 kids at the other table. We didn't want to be seated away from our kids. We asked why aren't we being seated at the empty table and the response was that table is broken. We ask if the table was able to be moved and the rude hostess said "IM NOT MOVING IT" so we asked to speak to the manager again. The manger came and said the table can be moved. THIS BLEW MY MIND IF YOUR ONLY OPEN TO SERVICE ONE PART OF THE RESTAURANT WHY DID IT TAKE OUR ASKING FOR YOU TO MOVE A BROKEN TABLE AND GET A NON BROKEN TABLE? Clearly the people who work here don't care about the establishment remaining open half your restaurant is closed and you keep a broken table at the area that is open even though you could switch it with a non broken table easily. Needless to say we left and got faster and better service at Chik-fil-A. read more

Chili's complaint 6/10/22 curbside pick up I am writing to complain because Allen Park Chili's restaurant does NOT answer their phone. I have called over 5 times in last 70 minutes! I kept holding on the line and pressing 1 as instructed yet the phone automatically hangs up on you after 10 minutes! My quesadilla explosion salad had jalapeño pieces in it. My mouth and esophagus are on fire. I have very bad GERD and cannot eat spicy food!! It is not a listed ingredient and I am furious! I tried picking them out but it was extremely difficult! Because there was so many of them!! I am very upset because I am in pain and no one answers the da_n phone. Shame on you Chili's! Your customer service is terrible! I realize we are all suffering due to Covid but you need to improve your customer service to do the job correctly otherwise you are not going to last. We had an awful experience here on a Sunday afternoon around 12:30. My first red flag was it was empty. Maybe only one table was sat. The hostess was not helpful. I told her we have two adults and 3 kids and she walked away to go ask for help or something. She returned and I asked her if we could sit a booth ( the restaurant is empty). She said sure. The restaurant was sticky. Everything was sticky, the doors and windows were covered in finger prints, the lights in the bathrooms are broken, the tablets on the tables are gross, the hostess tablet was covered in finger prints. Like do you know what windex is? Get some and Use it!!! My fajitas came out on a dirty sticky wood plate. I didn't even wanna touch it more less eat off of it. Our server was sweet. But was SO slow! She forgot to bring us drinks and we asked for a plate and it took a couple minutes for her to bring it. The food was over cooked and the beans were sooo spicy!
