Always a great experience at this Chili's. Friendly staff, clean bathrooms, great food. If there ever is an issue, the manager on duty is always willing to help out. The waitress Kathy was super polite, always had a smile on her face and really made us feel welcome the entire time we were there. She was amazing!

We were initially hoping to dine at Texas Roadhouse but they didn't open until 3pm. My niece then decided on Chili's since we were in the areas. Let me start by saying our server was great! She was very attentive and had good energy. We were sat in a decent atmosphere. The chicken tenders w/fries, mozzarella sticks, and loaded baked potato soup were good. However, the macaroni and cheese and the cajun shrimp pasta was just ok. The water had a funny taste so I decided not to drink it. I would say it's wasn't too bad for the price point.

It's extremely noisy here tonight. And a fly kept buzzing around my Table. It's nearly impossible to have a conversation with anyone here.

The food was delicious and better than I expected. Our service was very helpful letting me know what exactly my meal was with multiple sauces. Our drinks came with refills at the right times and picked up our dishes as soon as we were finished with them! The tables were at a very nice place with only a row between them and a wall on the other side for a nice sound, and only a tv on the other side.

Came in right before the dinner rush and ended up sitting at the bar. The place was hopping with almost every table full. We were greeted right away and ordered the 2-1 HH which are two 12-oz draft beers for $6. Initially wasn't going to eat but the menu looked tempting and ended up ordering the Oldtimer burger with a side of steamed broccoli and crispy chicken sandwich with a side of fried. Both the burger and chicken were juicy and well seasoned. The portions were decent so no complaints. The bartender by the way didn't mess around. She was friendly, prompt, taking both food and drink orders, checking on her customers, making drinks, and cleaning up all with a smile.

For $50 you'll get enough food to feed a family of 8 and they'll even take a picture of you by the sign! 5 stars!

This place had great food: all the crab cake things you could possibly want and then some and great fries. There's a large patio that has live music, a large indoor seating area with a stage, a huge bar in the middle with endless tvs, and these great screened windows that let you get fresh air while also being inside. We were seated promptly, and service was great. This would be a great spot to watch a game or to grab a meal on your way to the Baltimore stadiums.

Staff checked on us several times asking if we wanted more drinks, which we politely declined. The stage lights were incredibly bright and repeatedly flashed directly into the audience. To deal with the glare, we occasionally put on our sunglasses. Not even three songs into the set, a bouncer came charging over and informed us that sunglasses were not allowed. No explanation. No polite request. Just an unnecessary display of authority. At no point were we drunk, under the influence, disruptive, or causing any sort of problem. We were literally sitting at a table listening to the band. The irony is that the venue seemed far more concerned about a customer wearing sunglasses for a few seconds than ensuring people were actually enjoying themselves. Apparently, in this pub, wearing sunglasses to shield your eyes from blinding stage lights is a bigger issue than treating paying customers with basic courtesy and respect.

The spicy margarita was the perfect blend of heat and sweet (Sean was the bartender that made it). We ordered cheesesteak egg rolls (these alone are worth stopping into this place), sweet potato fries, tuna tenders, and the creamy tomato soup which is served like French onion soup is in a crock with melted cheese. Do not skip this soup! We were satisfied with all of the food choices. Every single bartender was super attentive and constantly checking to make sure that we were getting everything we wanted and needed. They were all super friendly and attentive. This is your typical bar atmosphere where everyone is friendly and people are enjoying themselves. There's two separate bar areas and ample seating around the main bar, as well in the other room. There is a back entrance and a front entrance into this restaurant. We have been to private functions here before. If you are looking for a venue for up to 150 people, check them out. They have very reasonable prices for catering and the set up of your own private room with your own private bar is a great option when hosting a gathering. The parking could be an issue as they have a very small lot. There are metered lots and streets nearby though so as long as you don't mind a super quick walk, you will be fine. I must repeat- get the cheesesteak egg rolls and the tomato soup.

This is a review of MaGerk's food truck at the Fallston Fire Department event on April 4th…read more In my opinion, an eatery's food truck should be an advertisement for the quality of the food at the main establishment. Therefore the food should be first rate. Not the case for the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich I ordered. In a word, it was terrible. Basically it was greasy hamburger meat spread over a mediocre bun, with little or no detectable cheese. I through most of it away. The fries I ordered were greasy and tasteless as well. My wife had their Smash burger, and that also was mediocre at best. NOT a good experience. Needless to say, I will not be ordering any more food from their food truck, nor will I go to their main establishment.

The ambience itself was nice and it is in a great location right on Main Street in Bel Air. The space has a fun setup for events like comedy night and there is definitely potential for it to be a really enjoyable atmosphere. It did feel a bit chaotic during the event, which may have contributed to the overall experience, but the setting itself is inviting. Everything looked good when it came out, but flavor wise it was kind of all over the place. The Maryland crab soup had very sparse crab, and what was there were super fine shreds with no noticeable lump meat at all. It was also extremely thick, almost more like a sauce than soup, and very pepper heavy. The chicken cheesesteak was honestly the best thing we ordered. It had good flavor and no real complaints there. The fries that came with it and with the tenders were another story. They tasted like they had been sitting for a while and were just warm at best. The chicken tenders were juicy, which I will definitely give them credit for, but they had very little seasoning and almost no breading. I do not mind lighter breading, but without flavor it just fell flat. We also ordered mozzarella sticks and did not grab a photo, and those were the biggest disappointment. They tasted old, and both the breading and the cheese had this crumbly texture that just was not right. Service also was not the strongest. We asked a few basic questions and did not really get clear answers, and overall it just felt they didn't care. Maybe this was just an off night because of the event, but based on this visit, I am not sure we would rush back.
