I will start this as I always do. I don't give out five stars unless I'm blow away. We have all been to a Chili's somewhere along the line and for the most part they don't very much. They have the same menus, drinks and decor. The difference you see in chains like this are the staff and cleanliness. I may be a little biased because I frequently stop in to this location so take this review with that in mind. We sat at the bar as I like to do. The bartender was happy and offered menus right away. She took our drink orders immediately. The drinks came promptly. Gave us a few minutes and took our food order ordered the smoked wings and a half rack of ribs. My fiancé ordered chicken enchiladas. We enjoyed our drinks and my wings came out quick. They were great. I came just because I wanted these and they came out just the way I like. The ribs came with two sides I got coleslaw and petal blooms (new item) both were good but not the reason I come back. The ribs were good as they always are. The chicken enchiladas were a large helping and for than she could eat but she said they were delicious and got a to go box. We talked a lot to the staff and they were all friendly and fun they keep us coming back. I recommend this Chili's to anyone it's clean the food is good and the staff is awesome. Let me start off by saying how incredible our waiter, Abraham was. We were a party of 7 visiting from Long Island and he was so accommodating. Being from snooty Long Island, we were so surprised at how easy it was to ask for separate checks. Abraham was wonderful and got all of our checks correct at the end of the night. I ordered the full rack of ribs with coleslaw and onion petals. The onion petals were okay but the rest of the meal was inadequate. The coleslaw container was filled less than 1/3 full. Picture is before I took a single bite. And the ribs tasted like old, stale pork chops. Very dry and not very much sauce and I asked for extra for dipping however it was not provided. Also the amount of ribs was about 3/4 of what you typically get, if not less, when ordering a full rack. I gave the less dry ones to my kids and discarded the rest. Not what I'd expect for an over $20 meal. Bummer! read more

Eating out with four of my friends at the Chili's in DeWitt was a delightful experience. The service was timely and effective. Our waitress even cracked a couple jokes and made the experience even better. But the best part of the night was the food. I got the 3 for $10 combo (added a bowl of chili for an additional $1 so it ended up being roughly $11 before tip). The combo was a fountain drink, the aforementioned bowl of chili and a bacon cheeseburger. It's a great deal given the amount of food. Add on the bottomless chips they offer before your meal anyways and I left full. The burger was cooked exactly how I asked. Perhaps the best part of it, though, was the bun. As for the chili, well it lived up to the restaurants namesake. If you're in the area, I'd definitely recommend going. It was a comfortable, affordable and satisfying dinner from start to finish. read more

Came here for lunch on a weekday. Big mistake! While service and 2 soups were still quite good, a hot sandwich shocked due to a great lack of filling. A Classic Turkey Toasted Sandwich came with lettuce, tomato, but just a dollop of salty, shaved turkey and burnt cheese. It was apologetically replaced with one containing "a double amount of turkey" (more like an expected amount). Another big disappointment was a Quesadilla. The 4 small triangles, also had an MIA filling problem. Just 2 small pieces of Sante Fe chicken per piece, little cheese and I wondered "were those spots inside supposed to be the salsa and the spicy sauce?" Quite a difficult review to write because the food is good but everything else isn't. The front entrance was dreary and looked as though it might be closed. There was no one at the hostess stand so we stood there looking like a couple of lost souls being totally ignored for a good 5 minutes. Finally a nice waiter, Andy, spotted us and showed us to a table. He brought us water in these grinty perpex glasses. I like the heft of a real glass but if you don't use them, don't give me a cheap imitation. The menu was a little confusing too. One item was really another special yada yada...... With Andy's help we finally negotiated our way through and ordered the mixed fajitas. The starter (included ) was a good guacamole and big enough to have some to take home. Likewise, the fajitas were excellent and very fresh. Unfortunately, we were sitting quite near the bar where the bartender had an extraordinarily loud and piercing voice so we had to listen to a constant screeching. If you eat here, get as far away from the bar as possible if it's lunchtime!!! Also the toilet was full of cigarette smoke which was really unpleasant. Food is good value for money but even though I will eat it again, it will be a takeout. When I decided to cancel because it took so long, one of the staff members tells another (right in front of me)..."Can you help this lady cancel her order because I do not have time." I was cancelling the order because after waiting patiently in my car, I came in 3 times to check on it and was told 10 more minutes. NOT! After the 3rd time I felt disrespected. You already had my money AND my tip. I will definitely hold out on the tip if I ever give this place another chance. Such terrible service should not be rewarded! I hope someone cares enough to give lessons in customer service. The young bartender was sympathetic. I truly appreciated that. Waiter and waitress staff is fantastic, always quick to refill drinks and chips. They are very accommodating to your choice of seat selection and ensure you're very pleased with your meal. Appetizers and entrees are distributed at an appropriate time. The food is consistently delicious, while the menu provides versatile options to different preferences. Bathrooms are a non-issue. How can a restaurant call themself Chili's? A menu with Mexican fare that lacks flavor and salsa that is horrible and mostly likely pace picante sauce out of a jar. What type of hot sauce is they have for my spicy shrimp tacos they only have Tabasco sauce available. how can you call yourself Chili's and not have good variety of hot sauce and your salsa is poured out of a jar zero flavor. Chillies is always one of our families top picks for a family dinner. We love the menu and I love the two for one drinks. The service is always fast and friendly. They are fantastic and care about you and it shows. The menu is great it can satisfy any craving or any hard to please picky person. Burgers, ribs, and fajitas just to name a few. Tons of appetizers and bottomless chips. I have had many different dishes from Chillies one of my go to foods is the ribs not sure how they do it but they are always so juicy and melt in your mouth. They meat falls off the bone and the smell is very delightful. One of my new favorites are the fried pickles. The pickles are crisp on the outside with just the perfect amount of breading and so tasty and great in the middle. The chips are fried on site and are still warm when they get to your table. The chips have a very wonderful taste and they are bottomless. I have never had a bad meal from Chillies at any location. I will always come back a eat these pickles I hope they stay on the menu. read more

Went on Thursday at about 6 PM. Floors dirty with debris, table sticky. We ordered the appetizer plate where you choose 3 Apps. The plate came and the sauces had spilled onto the bottom of the basket soaking the sliders with sauce so that the bottom bun was a soggy mess. The fajitas arrived without and toppings and it was a 5 minute wait to get those. My wife asked for a fuzzy navel it was pink. Another 10 minutes and a waitress actually took our order. From the time we got there it took 50 minutes before the food came. Not good for this type of restaurant. Last week i had a fajita trio and the steak was burnt, i couldnt eat it and tonight i ordered a sirloin steak medium but came well done very dry! However to be fair the chicken is still perfect, had a chicken quesadilla for appetizer and it was excellent, my cousin had a grilled chicken sandwich and said it was good, so i guess they probably changed the steak chief or something, anyway my advice: go chicken their steak is terrible!! read more

We hesitated when we walked in because the last time we ate here it was not good. We should have trusted our gut. When we walked in, it smelled musty. We sat near the kitchen. We order the appetizer, skillet queso, which was delicious and salty. My daughter ordered Mac and cheese, and corn. The Mac and cheese was clearly Kraft Mac and cheese, and the corn was not good.
