You fill a bowl with stuff (meat, veg, seasonings), pick a sauce and the cook guys stir fry it for you. If you don't like it, well...you made it! Where Mongo really shines is the HUGE amount of ingredients available - at least 15 kinds of protein from turkey, beef or shrimp to the more unusual like liver, rabbit or octopus.
