Horrible. Sawolio the so called manager literally had no leadership skills. The first round of ribs came out ice cold, the second round was old and dry over cooked, third time is a charm. But the "manager" added it onto our bill. I called him out on it and he fixed it immediately. He literally looked at me like he didn't know he messed up on the order twice. Ewww disgusting. A decent location for dinner, but I mainly came here for dessert. I ordered the queso burger with fries, molten chocolate cake and skillet chocolate chip cookie. I added the black bean patty in my burger, but it was quite dry. However, the white queso saved the burger as it made the burger less dry and the crunch from the tortilla chips were perfect. The pico added a hint of sourness. The french fries were well done and seasoned. The highlight of the night were the two desserts. The molten chocolate cake is my personal favorite because the warm chocolate cake has a molten, gooey chocolate center. It is topped with vanilla ice cream in a chocolate shell. The chocolate shell is hard and adds good texture. Since once dessert isn't enough, we ordered the skillet chocolate chip cookie. The chocolate chip cookie was warm, soft, chewy, and chunky. Came here craving a juicy burger and that's what I got! It was early afternoon. The service was pretty slow, looked like only three waitresses were on and they placed everyone around the tables near the bar. Order the queso burger and it was great! Super juicy and satisfied my craving. The fries weren't that great but that's okay because I also added a side of shrimp and those were good. I come in here mostly for the lunch specials. The prices really are great. Usually me and a friend can get lunch for the two of us for under 25 dollars with tip. Of course this means getting water instead of alcohol or other pricey drinks. I don't really enjoy fountain soda or alcohol so this works for me. It does usually take a minute for someone to seat me but that's ok. The location has a bar area and a seating area. I prefer a booth so I can comfortably cross my legs. The restaurant is clean both interror and exterior. It is located on rt17 and there is no way to walk here so be sure to drive or get a friend with a car. The food is good and that is an important thing. Also the prices of the food is very good. I'm sure they do have great drinks also but I don't get into them lately. I don't find chillis to have the most extensive menu but they do have a fair selection of decent food. I am always able to find something to eat. read more

This place is hit or miss. Sometimes you get great food and other times it would even be fit for a dog.

I'm not a usual patron to Chili's but the free rewards drew me back. This Chili's is a newer location right next to Lowe's with plenty of parking. It is situated in a strip mall near other shops. The service was fine that day as went in for dinner Friday night. We ordered the 20 dollar dinner for 2 deal that includes 2 entrees and appetizer. I ordered the mango chicken with rice while my wife ordered the chicken fajitas. We got the Guacamole with Salsa and chips as our appetizer. When you are finished you can ask for more chips and salsa. I have read other reviews the service is is poor, but the time we had our server he was okay. I guess it depends when you go or the servers to get. He was knowledgeable on the menu and he checked in to see if we needed anything else. For dessert, we had the triple berry cake and it was delicious. They also have some big screen TV's to watch some games if you go during game times. When we were finish they have a tablet like machine that you can pay when your done. Its a self checkout device that you scan your credit card and gives a green light when you are cleared so the servers knows that your paid your bill. I thought it was neat because you hear on the news some places, the servers take the credit cards and copies your credit card number. The machine also doubles as a device for the kids to play games with so they are not bored. Overall. the place is okay for a nice meal and I guess depending who you get as a server can make a difference. read more

I have to say my first experience there was not bad. There was a slight setback because I was there for happy hour and my margarita didn't come out until my meals finish basically but they agreed to pay for the margarita because the machine was broken. The rest of the food was pretty good and not lackluster compared to other chilies chains that I have been to. Our food came out relatively quick and the service was attentive. My frozen margarita did not come out on time but I did get a few people to tell me that the manager was getting on fixing the machine right away.I did get a free margarita at the end which I can't complain about. The southwestern eggrolls were perfect, not burnt and pretty flavorful. The texas cheese fries were delicious as well. I will definitely be coming back to this location during non-peak hours as I'm afraid of the weekend rush. read more

Went here with my girlfriend and mom. We were sat in the dining room and didn't feel like we were greeted for almost 10 minutes. Even though our waitress passed by us to serve other tables and their needs. If you're busy i get it but at least say Hi guys I'll be with you in a bit. Not just ignore us. Anyway went to the bar instead. Where our bartender was very nice and glad we went to the bar instead. She saved the experience. I didn't get her name but it was during lunch on a Saturday or Sunday I think. She looked Hispanic and wore glasses. She answered all our questions and was pleasant and management should praise her. But management should tell their servers too greet guest soon after they're sat just to acknowledge that they exist would help. I ordered the southwest soup and it was very good. My girlfriend had the cheesy potato soup very good. For entrees had the lunch special 6 oz sirloin with loaded mash and broc. Very surprisingly delicious for $15.99 and added a margarita at lunch for an additional $2.50. My girlfriend had the carne asada lunch special. The steak was flavored nicely but the portion was skimpy. Rice and beans were just ok. Overall I would come again but would sit by the bar instead of that dining room for sure. They really dropped the ball tonight! Server was pleasant, when she was around! She was more interested in chatting up friends at the bar than serving my table, which was in the bar area. Both entrees were brought to the table cold! When I was finally able to flag the server down to let her know, her response was "I'll go see if my manager will let me get your new ones" and takes the food away. A few minutes later, a woman walks up to my table and stands there. I look at her inquisitively, and she says "l heard you wanted to see me." I responded that I had not requested to see her, however I told her that our food have been served cold. She said "I'll have the kitchen start working on your food right away." A few minutes later, new entries arrived. Both were smaller than the initial portions, but they were at least warm! Never heard "I'm sorry", and nothing was comped or discounted on the bill. God aweful! I love going to this Chilis because the food is usually pretty good. The 3 for 10 is a great deal, my favorite is the baked potato soup and the burger. We tonight my burger was served to me ice cold and the fries were incredibly soggy. Not only did they drop the ball on the food, our waitress was also horrible! She was never to be found when we needed her. She was to busy hanging with some of her friends at the bar. Will try it one more time to see if it is how it normally is. This is a plaza area.. so If you don't want chipotle, asian sushi, 5 guys or saladworks, or jersey mikes you come here. IT is also a restaurant-style so you get the whole service and stuff. However, at this Chili's location, the tenders were not great. They were small, lacking a lot of actual chicken meat, and the sauce was barely spread across the chicken - one of my chickens could have very well just been plain. The staff didn't really go above and beyond either. I'll always go back to Chili's, but not this location. read more

When it comes to chain restaurants such as Chili's, I find that my expectations are on the low end. I don't expect five-star quality cuisine, nor do I expect five-star quality service. I do expect to receive good food in a reasonable amount of time (i.e. not after 40 minutes). I came here with coworkers for lunch on two occasions in the past couple of months, both times on a Friday. We all ordered off the lunch menu, which seems easy and straightforward enough. Twenty-five minutes after placing our orders, we were still sitting around and looking at each other. Our drinks were refilled twice, but no food. Our lunch finally arrived about 45 minutes in. The manager later apologized and took 10% off the bill. We thought it was a fluke, and what a nice gesture for the discount, even though it didn't make up for the meeting that we were late for. The second time, we all decided to venture back for lunch. What is that saying? "Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me"? It was like the movie Groundhog Day. This time, we noticed that none of the tables around us were being served any food either. Our waiter refilled our drinks twice, refilled our salt-bomb chips twice as well (after he initially forgot to bring them to us), but we were still without our lunch. Forty minutes in, our food finally arrived. The soups were cold, as were the French fries. And no, we did not receive a discount nor apology for the long wait. Guess our fluke theory was disproved! If you have time for a 2+ hour lunch complete with subpar food and service, then this is the place for you. Stop by for dinner on a weekday because I was too lazy to cook for the family. Ordered bottomless chips and salsa dip and avocado dip, southwestern egg rolls (very delicious by the way but probably loaded with msg). Main course was chicken fajitas with grilled peppers and onions, sour cream and tomatoes and cheese. Added the rice and black beans for $1 extra. Ordered also the mango chile chicken with rice entree. Kids meal were mini burger sliders and fruits. We topped it off with ice cream berry cake pie for dessert. Overall, our meal was decent. Our adult entree and chips and dip was apart of the 2 meals for $20 deal. We enrolled in their club (free) and collected points to redeem for free kids meal, which worked out here. Service was good. Our waiter was attentive to us and always checking if we needed anything else. I liked the self service checkout that is available at each table. You see you own itemized bill through a little screen. If you choose to pay your bill on credit card, you can swipe and have the option to either print your receipt or have it email to you. Once paid, the light on the screen top turns from red to green so the waiter knows you've paid. Awesome!
