Worst service I've had today. When we arrived we waited 10 minutes before being knowledge by staff. Once the hostess came she didn't say anything, "sorry for your wait" . Nothing. Once I received my food, it was cold..... not warm but cold. I asked for it to be reheated and it was for maybe 45 secs, so when I received it back it was Luke warm. I took my silverware out and it was dirty. When I asked for plastic ware I was given a weird look. read more

This place deserves no star. Service was horrible. I was rushed twice within 5 minutes to order when I didn't even get to take a look at the menu. My drink was filled all the way to the top with ice while my friend's cup was dirty as hell! Their utensils have stained all over too!!! I had to ask for plastic utensils. The food wasn't bad. Getting seated was a non issue, as we were seated quickly even being close to dinner. I, unfortunately, didn't get the meal I was excited to order and wasn't impressed with our waitress. Oh where to start. Walked in and they were a little busy. That's fine, this town is short on restaurants, so I get it, High demand. Decided to sit in the bar area and our server seemed less than excited about it. Not that many tables, she might just be new to serving or having a bad day. Maybe both? Seemed like every task that constitutes what a server does seemed like a chore. Ugh, you want to order, need drinks...? I forgot my chili's uniform at home, if I hadn't, I would have knocked out my own order to saved her the trouble. Let me further my new roll as a server and describe what you will receive when you come visit us at Chili's. Chicken salad...That's a small amount of green garnish, with a chewy slice of canned chicken, along with a generous singular slice of avocado. Texas cheese fries, that's the best. It's a block of cheese accented with a slight touch of potato. We have a secret recipe of laying both under a heat lamp to make sure that it will be at mild warm temp, and as unappetizing as possible. If you thought food in this town couldn't get worse, we made this technique to make sure you didn't get you hopes up. In case you are not thoroughly unimpressed yet, we will give you free chips that you will gladly pay us to take back. I hope Chili's renames this location Chil-es to help make sure they don't bring down the rest of this restaurant chain. This one is much better than the one in Alexandria. It's roomier, and the food tastes much better. It can get a little hectic, but that's the food industry for you. Still a great place to eat. read more

So glad when this place opened. Gave a great alternative to the other steak house in town. Every visit is a positive experience. Servers are always polite and attentive. Only down side is the length of time it takes to get the food to the table. read more

If there is a town that can mess up a simple me u like Chili's then it has to be Leesville. Hit or miss on the menu, but mist times miss. When they first opened it was descent, but we have been there two times after that and wasted our money. I would rather eat a big mac than waste money at this Chili's. read more

The service here was prompt and assertive although the place was extremely loud, not because it was busy but because everything was turned up so loud that you couldn't even hold a conversation. The food was definitely a letdown. The ribs had some sort of odd flavor to them, and the chicken crispers they advertise sooo much were extremely dry and tough. The best part was the street corn. After eating is when I was robbed !!! They nickeled and dimed the hell out of us. I think I was charged for each individual ice cube in my Dr Pepper ! Leesville, LA ---finally got CHILI's after HOW many years??? Was suppose to get build on Ft Polk, LA ---fell flat.!!! We enjoyed eating there 10 Aug 2016 ---spontaneous decision ---after this location is been open now THREE month. We were there for the RIBBON cutting with Mayor Freddy Boswell. First post to Yelp. Chili's just opened here a few days ago, so please keep that in mind. 2nd meal here as I ate dinner here yesterday as well. Staff is nice, but a bit overwhelmed it seems. Had a salad yesterday and it took 20 minutes to be delivered. Had Babyback ribs tonight...took 35 mins and the ribs were luke warm. Both dinners were tasty and reasonably priced. I would come back here, but don't come hungry as it'll take longer than you think to get your meal. They did serve complimentary chips, but those took 15 mins to show up. So had a terrible experience with this place just now, 221730May2016 waited at the bar for over two hours for my order. While the waitress/bartender was profusely apologetic when so much time had passed I finally gave up and left without eating NO MANAGER MADE ANY ATTEMPT TO TALK TO ME, EXPLAIN, APOLOGIZE, or COMP ME. I think they knocked a couple bucks off my drinks and chips (which were supposed to be endless but were never refilled) all in all very disappointed I'd wait a couple months till they weed out the garbage and get their stuff together. Food under cooked and if you order by phone for pick up plan on 50 minutes for your order to be ready this is the worst chili's ever do you self a favor DO NOT EAT HERE they do not have their staff in order. We have been told 15 min wait the last two orders and got there and one time it was 58 min from order time till received and 47 min the next time. Got home and 6 oz steak was RED in middle with blood and was ordered well done. Tonight was my first visit to this Chilis .. I was a trainer for 3 years at Chilis several years ago. I realize this is a new restaurant in town so wasn't expecting it to be perfect. It Was!! I am glad to see that Chili's is here. However, the wait after you order is extremely slow. It's not the waitresses, it's the kitchen. It takes entirely too long to receive an order. When came in around 7, and were told a 45 min wait, yet they had 11 open tables waiting to be cleared. We decided to wait because of a family member with dietary restrictions. For the first 20 min of waiting only two tables were seated. A few of the employees were just standing around talking and not working. One hostess helped clearing one table then came back and started talking to the other and they both just stood there not doing anything. A couple got seated that came after us (who was standing next to use and didn't call ahead for a table). I commented and asked why they were seated first. Apparently if the hostess takes your phone number to text you when a table is ready you are put behind a customer that does not leave a phone number. I commented to the nicer hostess about this and she quickly seated us, this was around 730. The waitress was fantastic, Kristen. She was attentive and didn't waste anytime getting our drinks or anything. However, the food finally arrive at 8:30. read more

Just had dinner here tonight. Our server, Alyssa, was amazing! Pleasant and smiling. She made sure we had everything we needed. Also the wait for both a table and our food was very short. My husband had the ultimate bacon burger, which was very good. The sauce on it was a smokey spicy bbq sauce. I had the loaded boneless wings which were covered in queso and bacon. We put off coming here for a long time due to all the negative feedback we have heard from other people we know. We came at a busy time for lunch on a Saturday. We had to wait for about 15 minutes to get a table due to place being packed. After seated service was great. Drinks and appetizers came quick. Main course came soon after and drinks stayed full. The place was just about empty and the two girls working the bar looked at us several times but never offered assistance. Won't be visiting anytime soon again.
