What an absolute dumpster fire of food & service. If you want to blame your laziness and no desire to thrive on COVID, than so be it. Just put a sign in the window that you're closed and lock the doors. Why bother making people wait, forgetting to place their order with the kitchen staff and finally serving what can only be described as leftover, genetically altered chicken from the Fukushima nuclear meltdown. Look at this photo of what they served me. Be glad you can't small it as it reeked of bleach and other chemicals. The "manager" blamed it on inadequate frier temps. Why is that my problem? Why would you still serve me this mess? And why was I still charged full price? Good lord. Haven't been to Chili's in decades but was influenced by seeing the 3 for Me special on social media. A couple friends and I are meeting monthly for lunch and decided our first lunch would be at Chili's. It smelled really good but the experience and food was average at best. The waitress was very pleasant but each order had something wrong. So definitely there were issues communicating to the kitchen. Most of the issues were corrected by asking for the items that had not been received, taking the croutons off the salad with the ranch, giving them to the one who had the blue cheese, etc. However, the burgers had burnt edges that some might call charred but tasted simply burnt to me especially when the burger is served without a bun and the asparagus (that cost extra) was way over cooked and very tough. But, I was most disappointed in the seasonings. I asked for no extra salt or seasonings to be added due to health issues and there was a TON of VISIBLE salt all over the food especially the vegetables. My friends enjoyed their chicken sandwich and burger more than I did. But even my friend who had broccoli and doesn't watch her sodium commented on how much salt there was on her food. I thought it was ironic that I ordered my cheeseburger without cheese and a bun but they up charged me a dollar for ordering (overcooked) asparagus instead of broccoli. The good news is that you can get a cheeseburger meal with a drink and a bonus side for 10.99 which I think is better than McDonald's. But bottom line, Chili's is the same was it was decades ago...ok but nothing to write home about. read more

Went into restaurant around 4pm and no one was around to seat us, we waited 5 minutes and still no one came. This is not the first time this happened either. Only 2 tables were occupied at the time, so there is no reason someone wasn't there to do their job. The one time I did eat end up eating there, we waited almost 10 minutes for our waitress to get our drink request and almost 45 minutes to get our food after we ordered and once again only a couple tables were occupied. Half our food was cold and the other half was hardly warm. I do not recommend this place and would recommend Applebee's over this chilies. read more

Ok I must say bravo for making me eat crow Chili's! I'll admit it I haven't enjoyed a meal at this place in years an received a gift card so figured hey let's give this long forgotten spot a try an let me tell you I'm honestly blown away at how good my experience was. I was greeted right away by a kind server an sat at the bar. The place was not busy at all so was happy to be there to bring in some biz. I started w a bowl of the chicken enchilada soup which was my servers second recommendation after she first said try the baked potato. If I wasn't having that for a side I would have gone that route but boy oh boy the soup did not disappoint an the only thing I would recommend would be a tad nicer presentation as there was way too much shredded cheese on top. Overall delicious. I ordered the ribeye w broccoli loaded mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli w a side of shrimp. Broccoli was a perfect steam an wasn't loaded w butter so felt healthy lol; mashed were good nothing mind blowing. Then the steak; wow nice work to the chef he nailed the medium cook an seasoning and for only 18.99 i can say w out a doubt it gets insane high marks for taste quality an cook. The shrimp were seasoned well but just ok. I probably wouldn't order next time. All in all cheers to the staff at Chili's; I'm not a huge fan of non local spots but for the money this place definitely nailed it an I can say I would go back. read more

Chili's is (and has been for over 30 years) my go to restaurant when I can't figure out what I want to eat. What I also love, is that it doesn't matter what state you're in or what you order, everything is always as expected. This particular chilies is rocking it! Servers are always on point. Food is always delicious and everything seems to be really fresh. During this visit, we shared the triple dipper with boneless buffalo wings, Southwest eggrolls, and sliders. Everything awesome. My wife usually gets the boneless buffalo chicken salad and I usually opt for one of the tricked out burgers. You just can't go wrong at Chili's. read more

I do not rate chains much. Food at chains... are all he same. I only rate if something stands out significantly. Both the event and the customer service stood out and were superb. So for this location. I am rating the event. We came to this Chili's because they had an awesome daughter and daddy day out. Moms and sons were also invited but the events were tailored to the girls. We were greeted and sat down. The tables were decorated with pink table cloth. Each table had fun stickers... girly stickers. The girls were given princess crowns. The manager, Courtney came to take photos of each table. Within 5 minutes the photo was placed in a frame and given to us. Very cute. The stickers then could be used to decorate the photo. There was a balloon artist... who made girly things... crowns, flowers etc... He also made dinos for the boys. They had the frozen princesses there... they came over and gave the girls a personalized autograph on a photo of the frozen princesses. Fontenelle Forest was there... they had some nature items as well as they were signing families up for memberships. It was SUCH a awesome event. I think it is really awesome that this chain allows the managers to put more personalizations in their restaurants... it doesn't make it feel so chain-y. The GM, Courtney was wonderful. She was very professional and personal-able. She made sure each table was pleased with their experiences and food. All of her staff was very kind and professional. You can tell when a restaurant has a good GM when all of the employees from the cooks, wait staff and greeters are all cheerful, happy, pleasant and professional!! Excellent event. To start, service was great! Victor was our server and even though he was super busy he took the time to joke around with us and learn all our names, he was fucking hilarious. I am vegan so I got the black bean fajitas subing the black bean patty (which has milk and egg) for just extra of the regular black beans and ordered it without butter, cheese, sour cream, etc with corn tortillas. Victor and the manager were super nice and well informed when I had questions about ingredients and substitutions. It was super good, and the chips are always to die for. This chili's location has some of the worst service ive been to at their bar. We ordered 2 of the house frozen margaritas, took 15 minutes to get them, and then we weren't given straws for another 10 minutes after I finally had to yell across the bar at the bartender. When our entrees came, we were not given silverware, nor was the couple next to us at the bar. Also the margaritas tasted like melted lime sherbet without the slightest hint of tequila flavor. Will not be coming back to this location, ive had better service at the airport chili's in DFW. At least my salad was tasty and with the lack of attentive service I didnt have to make smalltalk with the bartender And before someone decides to say I came in at a peak time 13:30 on a Sunday afternoon. read more

Chili's used to be THE place we'd go for their old specialties, then they got out of their comfort zone. Now back to what made them so popular, we thought we'd return. The chips and queso were as good as I remember, though not much queso, and lotsa chips in the order. I stayed with the delicious burgers that I remembered, and got a bacon burger. My buddy got the Sweet Corn Chicken whatever. My burger was well done. Really WELL DONE. As in overcooked. The sprinkling of fries were very tasty, but the burger was short on taste as the meat was far too grilled. It's presentation was good and burger constructed well, though. Chicken Enchilada soup was superb, I must say! My friend's Sweet Corn Chicken breast was good, not spectacular, she said. Chicken breast was also overcooked, kind of rubbery. Nothing to write home about, as they say. This initial trip back to Chili's after so many years was disappointing, to say the least -- but we'll try again just in case it was an off day with the kitchen. I ordered curbside service through the app on a Friday around 4:00. I have to say the food was ready quickly and the server was friendly. It was the food that was disappointing. I ordered appetizers of boneless buffalo wings and fried pickles. The wings were not very sauced and they did not live up to the expectations of what I usually get from Chili's. I recall Chili's being really good for a chain restaurant ... about 20 years ago. A friend and I ate lunch here recently prior to seeing a movie at the nearby AMC. When I first got there, no one was around so I waited. A family of five came in and they waited. It wasn't until 2 more couples came in and the waiting area got crowded that someone came to seat us and it wasn't even that busy yet. Once we were seated in a nice booth, the service was good. I ordered the shrimp tacos w/ rice & beans while my friend got a salad with grilled chicken. The meal was okay but nothing spectacular or memorable. Beans were bland and the rice was dry. The coleslaw on the tacos provided a bit of a kick. My friend's salad was mostly iceberg lettuce and I noticed she didn't finish it. Chili's provided us a convenient place to catch up and eat before a movie but I probably wouldn't make a special trip to eat here again. read more

I always get take out here. The orders are always accurate and the food is good and hot. But be prepared to wait, apparently there's not anyone designated to work the take out/ pick up area at all times. Sometimes you have to wait and hope a random employee realizes you are there waiting for service. Service with a smile would be great too!! read more

Yes, it's a chain...but the food is pretty good. They downsized the burgers a couple of years ago unfortunately. The 2 for $20 menu is a really good deal as you get an appetizer. The chicken crispers (tenders) are good, and are our go-to item. Kids meals are also reasonable, and a really good deal early in the week. read more

They observed social distancing and took care as well with how the food and drinks were served...same for condiments. Came here with my family, two children and two adults. Quest was weird, tasted like beans. The kids like it. Ordered a steak with broccoli, and mashed potato and roasted corn on the cob. Steak came, with a big long curly black hair. We are brunette and blonde and have straight hair. Took a minute to flag someone down and they bought the manager. Manager was less than accommodating. He was kind of rude and awkward "so do you want a new one or what?" Uhh I came to eat dinner with my family so yes. Second one took ages, everyone else had already finished by the time my new steak came. It was perfect. Except the broccoli and mashed potato was totally over salted, to the point it made me sick and shaky. Finished the steak, not the rest. They still charged me full price. My bf is a chef at a upscale restaurant downtown. This was bad bad customer service with sub par food. The waiter however was excellent. I wish we could give more stars but the two stars. Stopped in for Wednesday rib night and was pleasantly surprised to find that they still had the Memphis dry rub ribs. Many Chilis have discontinued them. Service and atmosphere were on point! I give this Chilis location 6 more months and im sure it will be going out of business. This was a nice place to spend for dinner I'd recommend this place for friends and family, I recommend the Cajun pasta also the quesadillas are amazing and to follow up with the Texas cheese fries mouth watering! Burgers are disproportionated so the edges were very charry tasting while the middle was ok. New smothered burrito wasn't quite what I expected flavor wise. Kinda bland. This was my favorite place to go eat, so I even joined their Chili's Reward. So this week I received two coupons-- one for s free appetizer and one for a free dessert (it was my birthday). I showed the waitress each coupon when I was ordering and when it came time for my bill I scanned the coupons and their electronic didn't take rigid them, so the waitress brought the manager and he proceeded to fix it, and we got a military discount and after paying the bill, we saw the appetizer was only "mostly" taken off, but we were charged the full price for the dessert. I called for someone to check and they said nope we only had appetizer coupons and our bill was correct. Well they lost great customers because being cheated there means I won't ever go back. If I could give it no stars I would. My family of three go there on a weekday and the restaurant is empty, maybe two tables and we have a wait. They wouldn't let us sit and had us stand in the cold entryway. We finally get seated and everyone around us that was seated after us was approached, greeted and served drinks. We finally left and called to explain the training opportunities Chilis had because this was by far the worst dining experience. I went here on Monday, and my friend and I had to wait for them to clean a table because all the tables were filthy. When we were finally seated, the menu had changed; they no longer have any pictures, just vague descriptions and titles. This isn't why I'm giving 1 star though, that's just a minor annoyance compared to what happened next. I was complaining about the new menu with my friend when the waiter came over, kneeled down and said in a condescending voice "I'm sorry you're illiterate, but if you want I can read off every item on the menu for you". My blood pressure was rising at this point, but hadn't yet hit its peak. After that remark the conversation somehow devolved into talking about "drag queen vocabulary" and something about "face painting", however we eventually got to put in our drink and food order. After the food arrived, my friend mentioned that it wasn't what he remembered, and the chicken he had got had an odd chemical aftertaste to it. He also found a short white hair in his queso. My food was acceptable, however the portions seemed smaller. We didn't want to deal with the guy anymore, so we paid the check and booked it out of there. We later complained to the manager who seemed indifferent to our bad experience, but did refund the meal. Sorry Chili's, but you couldn't pay me to come back here. read more
