Friday night rolls around. You've got that special someone on your mind. You call them up. There is only one place worth going: Chili's. This chilis is really an old faithful for me. I always know what I'm getting in to and I think that's a rare thing these days. When I walk through those doors I'm greeted by the oddly comforting indifference one learns from spending time working in the service industry. I'm shown to my seat and pretend to look over the menu before inevitably ordering the 3 for me. A perfect amount of food for what feels like the exact karmically correct price. The burger is incredible, the fries are juicy, and the refills are prompt. The west has truly been tamed. Just please take 3$ subway surfers videos off those little screens. Chili's is the love of my life apart from my husband. I always get chips and either get the triple dipper (which I can't finish myself) with two orders of southwestern egg rolls and one order of big mouth bites or the Alex's Santa Fe burger. Went here for our Valentine's Day dinner as opposed to Applebees, which ended up being the right choice. After waiting for our table (not surprising at all considering it was Valentine's Day after all), our server gave us our drinks and appetizer immediately after. The entire time he made sure our drinks were full and we were attended to, even as hectic as it must've been for the staff. We ended the night with a free dessert as my husband's birthday was this week also and the app didn't give us the reward. Excellent service. Great experience here tonight! Ella was great- she was super kind and super fast getting everything out. She even paid attention to refills & just overall did great. My husband and I got 3 for me's and they tasted soooo good. Only sad thing was that we got a chocolate molten lava cake because I had a free bday dessert but when we went to pay it said I couldn't combine it with "other offers like 3 for me". Service here is great! All of the staff we interacted with were really friendly and our appetizers and entrees came out so quickly. The portions of their queso is a little small compared to the salsa and the amount of chips they give you but all other portions were great. Honey chipotle chicken crispers were good and the flavor of the sauce was excellent it just was too much sauce for my liking. The southwest egg rolls were good not anything amazing. And my ultimate cajun pasta was awesome! Usually places are skimpy with the protein but I feel like the ratio of shrimp and chicken to pasta was perfect. read more

Chili's is one of mine and my husband's favorite places to eat. We love their bottomless chips and salsa. My husband loves the skillet queso. We really miss their 2 for $25 deal. Then we started ordering the 3 for $10 deal but we are sad they took the Cajun chicken pasta off that deal since that's one of our favorites. We have always had a good experience here. The last time we ate here we had the best waitress. We think her name was Jessica but spelled a different way. She was on top of everything and so friendly. I ordered a ribeye steak cooked medium and was given a completely raw steak that was literally cold. The outside was seared only.... I asked for something else and ate their Tripple dipper. Medium rare... he always orders the Alfredo pasta with the crispy chicken which is a custom order that the servers call the Spencer special (Spencer is a waiter at Chilis. He is awesome. Very attentive, always makes sure we have everything we need. Drinks kept topped, always enough napkins... I mean this guy is awesome) we literally feel like we have our own personal waiter when Spencer is In our area bcz he is so on top of everything) Anyhow back to the food.... I have tried the shrimp and chicken. I very much prefer the steak. We always have the chips and salsa sometimes guacamole. The guacamole is pretty dang good. Better than most places. When we are not too full we have the molten lava chocolate cake or the brownie dessert. Both very good. I love Chilis bcz of the service Spencer provides, the meals that are prepared by the cooking team, the kitchen food delivery system (they always deliver our food with a smile and my fajitas always sizzling) I always have leftovers which is a bonus. Everything I need to package my to go order is provide to me and best of all... the Chilis rewards App. I always have a free item pending in rewards. The best advice I could give you is... get the App. Always get on the waiting list and definitely cash in your rewards. Chili's is one of my favorite places to eat. They have great variety and every time I've been my food has been great! I went with a group and everyone left happy. Appetizer: We started with a tray of their quesadilla egg rolls which I thought were really good with their house dip. What I got: I got their honey chipotle crispers with waffles (highly recommend) it also come with fries. I love the food at this place. Especially the chicken nachos. In the past my drink cup has never reached empty before a refill comes out. Today however that was not the case. Sitting at the bar is the best way to go because the server is right there and you get your drinks immediately. You're not rushed, yet they take your order right away and give you space while they take care of others drink orders. Ordered the brisket quesadilla, chips and salsa and trio fajitas. My service at this location has been consistently stellar. The wait staff are always friendly and attentive. Once the server was so great I dumped an entire gift card's worth of money into his tip (I didn't want to have to come back, so I wanted to expend the gift card fast.) Several instances of food poisoning notwithstanding, the options are limited and the food itself tastes like microwaved farts. Want a normal food option? Too bad.
