Chilis on Fairview is always nice to visit. The food is fresh and well prepared. Service is as it should be for a poplar chain restaurant.

What a disappointment tonight! After ordering and being told they were out of many things, we waited forever to get out food for a party of 4. In fact, I had to ask about our small salads after about 30 minutes of waiting for them. They finally came. Then, our burgers had been asked to be plain. They came fully loaded. My chicken crispers, corn, and fries were cold like they had been sitting in the window for a while. The lettuce on my husband's quesadilla plate was shocking! It was withered and dry. The food is you classic Chili's menu. Pretty good. The servers and hosts are still learning which can make for some awkward conversation but nothing too uncomfortable. My only major complaint is the lack of seating outside and inside the restaurant. There is always a 30 minute wait and only two benches. I wish they would install more seating to accommodate the waiting patrons. read more

I got a taco trio to-go. It comes with lettuce, tomato, and sour cream. As you can see 1 of my tacos have a dash of lettuce but that is all. Very disappointed. I ordered it as is without anything added or taken away. I just wanted it as the menu said it would come. Im extremely disappointed bc this is the 3rd time Ive tried to get a good order. Will not be coming back. Ordered rare steak and it came back well done and burnt. They went to make another (mistakes happen) and though it was cooked properly it had been cooked on a burnt and dirty cook too I ate a few bites before throwing it in a box for my cats. We ordered a Bloody Mary which was AWFUL and tasted as if pickle juice had been dumped in it. And we asked that another be made. They made a second that apparently they decided to dump straight jalapeño juice in because it was literally too spicy to drink. Service was incredibly slow and I feel terrible because it appeared As if the poor girl was the only waitress working the entire dining room. read more

The only place in town that has a 30 minute wait when only 10% of the tables are in use. Plenty of staff available for to go orders. They don't seem to want people dinning in. I don't usually eat at big chain restaurants but I did last night after a trip to Pittsburgh. I was worn out and decided to go to the closest restaurant to my house. I had chicken and waffles earlier in the day before my flight back and they were good. So good I decided to get them again at chili's. I was totally blown away at how good they were. Wow...! Had I read the reviews first, I would've never eaten here. Sat at the bar, ordered a drink, ordered food and then waited one hour and 20 minutes before my food arrived. When it did arrive, the smoked sausage was cold the corn never arrived until 10 minutes after, french fries were cold and I'm not sure how your mess up toast. But my toast was not even toasted. The bartender was great!! However, if the servers have already soaked the front of their shirts with sweat. What the Hells going on in the kitchen!! Unfortunately, I will never be back. Please do not eat at this restaurant. We have been twice now. The first time they brought out mash potatoes that had been sitting for a good while. They were gray in color and gross. The second time (today) they basically told us they couldn't wait on a party of 2. The guy said they were having issues. We have been going to this chilis on fairview road. They always had the best burgers. We understand staffing is still a issue however when we ordered our usual my mushroom burger which is normally juicy thick and just great was greasy, overcooked, and smaller than before. My wife's mini burgers showed up with little to no onion and one bun missing half of it. When we told our server she basically said she would get the manager took her food and at least another 15 minutes my wife's meal came out. i was finished my meal. The manager told us she check my wife's burger and it had onions on it before like she was annoyed at us. i check and there was no onions so this is our second bad experience at this restaurant. So our philosophy is now when we get bad service we dont go back. read more

This place was horrible and it wasn't because of COVID either. We had a family of 11 and they wouldn't allow us to sit near the kids table. How do kids sit at a table alone with no adult supervision. The waitress was nasty with an attitude and when we asked to see the manager she never would come out and talk to us or solve the problem. So we waited and waited finally we decided to get up and leave because nobody would take an order or offer us anything but they was working extra hard for the white families that was in there. So before I left I let that same waitress know that they provided poor customer service and that it was bad business on her behalf also, but I know deep down inside it was because we were black and the color of our skin. For some reason this Chili's is horrible. We order from them a lot and every time I say never again; but I keep hoping they will get it together because I love Chili's. It's never going to happen. Not one time has our order been right. They mess it up enough to really piss you off. After a few speed bumps since opening they seemed to have found their grand opening the food is coming out hot and the orders are correct. The service has been very good. My family is very happy to have a Chili's near us. We love the new onion petals. We have ordered them every time, great addition to the menu. Rachel is awesome! Best server we've had any where in a long time. She is very attentive and interactive with all of her guest. Give that girl a raise! The only bad thing I have to say is to corporate: why did you change the chicken avocado sandwich? It was an amazing sandwich, that I ordered quite often. Now it taste terrible.
