Honestly I think the people aka the host(s) actually communicate to the waitresses about the tables that would be great to be honest. Me and my boyfriend was sat by somebody and we needed to use the bathroom but before we did my boyfriend left the menus on the table so we could literally come back and order, But honestly I had a major headache in the first place and I just got done using the bathroom and went back to the table and the menus where gone and I thought maybe my boyfriend was playing a joke on me when I wasn't feeling good at all but he didn't move them at all... so someone moved them when we were using the bathroom... I sat down at the table just waiting a little bit with a migraine... had a waitress across from me asking me "so what are we doing?" I told her " oh I just came back from the bathroom and just waiting for my boyfriend right now" and she said " did someone say you down" I replied "yes someone did" as she asked "than where are the menus" literally no fucking clue, I started tearing up because of a damn headache and they all thought I was crying over a god damn seat just wanting food but that how they felt like, I told them multiple time it was a migraine and asked for some ibuprofen but don't get me wrong they where nice and all but having them constantly come and seeing if I was supposed too sit there was the issue, they all need to actually speak to themselves and tell the waitresses aka the host who's in their area. read more

First time being at a chilis in about 5 years. My friends and I came to this one. The service at first was good, the declined. We ordered a few appetizers, took a little bit to get, fine, got it. Drink refills were a little slow, then the entrees. Well 3/4 of my friends came out, they brought the fajita sides first of mine, then had to wait for the meat/onions for about another 15 mins. In that time a lady who sat down after us got her steaming hot fajita plate, then shortly after that I got mine. My 4th friend still had to wait another 10 mins to get his food, then wait another 5 just for a side of shrimp. Overall wait time for food was about 40 mins, then 20 after first plate arrived. We have not eaten at a Chili's in 10 years or more. We decided to give them another try, and boy are we glad we did. We walked into a smiling face hostess. The place was clean, we barely sat down and a smiling waitress was there taking our drink order. When she brought our drinks we ordered the food. We were shocked how fast we got our food. Chili's is the one non steakhouse that I would go to and always get a good steak. The ribeye is always on point, and the Loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli complement it well. Aside from the ribeye, the salsa and chips are awesome, the fajita, and the smokehouse combos are good. Those are all my go-to menu items. I love their Margarita of the month that coincides with a holiday or occasion of that month. Most have been pretty good. The waitress didn't introduce herself and was rushing with everything. Never came to my table to update me on my food as I waited for almost 30-40 min. for an appetizer as an entree. My friend had her appetizer and was finished. She went to other tables taking her time with others, but not us. I left and didn't pay and the manager was very dismissive about the whole situation. There's a lovely young waitress named Ashley with blonde pigtails that was so helpful the service was poignant and on time very nice atmosphere. Only thing I would suggest you look into is maybe the fruit fly situation I understand it can be difficult at any restaurant to keep that under control but other than that everything was wonderful 10 out of 10 once again superlative personality I suggest increasing her pay. Shady with subpar food. Tried to charge our table for 4 beers when we only got two. I remember when Chili's was an old reliable place where you knew you would get decent food, service and drinks. With only a few tables to serve, it took us 30 minutes to get a cup of pre made soup. The appetizer came out before the soup. The cilantro lime carna asada was hard and chewy with the chef stating that's just how it's cooked and served and it'll always come out chewy. They did trade it out for the chicken. None of the ordered and paid for sauces came out. No napkins. No Texas toast for the smokehouse combo. The quesadillas on the combo were soggy and has no filling in them. Adult beverages were slow and didn't receive the only refill until we were done eating. We had to clean off our own table by putting it on an already dirty table that hadn't been cleaned the whole time of our visit. We understand this is a franchise and each location is different, but we won't be coming back to this one. By far our worst experience at a Chili's. Chili's is a good spot. I've been to this location a few times for lunch and drinks. My mom loves Chili's so we stoped in for a quick lunch. It was busy. We were immediately seated. Our waitress was nice. She checked on us often. They have $7 lunch specials which include a soup or salad and an entree, like tacos, wings, or a sandwich. What a great deal! I had loaded baked potato soup and 2 spicy shrimp tacos with sweet corn on the cob. My mom had the same soup and Half California Turkey Club with broccoli. Our food came out promptly. It was hot and delicious. Also they constantly run $5 monthly drink specials--I've never tried any of them. Just a quick update to my prior review. Stopped in the other night for dinner with the wife! I am a big supporter of Chili's, and always have been. A friend of mine is friends with one of the corporate founders and I like their principles. I must say this location has took a nose dive since the last time we visited. I used to be a regular here until I moved further away. We sat at our booth for at least 20 minutes without anyone even noticing. I got the attention of the host and ask if we could get a waiter. His response was ohh you want to put in a order? Not sure if that comment? Why else would we be at a restaurant. The bartender came over and took out r drink orders. Then came back and said she can't locate our waitress so she will try to wait on us in between customers at the bar. Well that didn't worm out the best. Very rarely checked on us and our food was very sub par. Cajun chicken was very plain, not like normal with seasoning. The chicken was very odd as well, tough and chewy like it was reheated. All in all we were not pleased with our choice of stopping in that night. I still enjoy Chili's but maybe try a different location next time and I'm hoping they redeem our faith in them. read more

These people are thieves. Plain & simple. Mistakenly did order through app for ASAP pickup. Called the restaurant immediately to cancel order and they said I wouldn't be charged. I re-ordered for later pickup. Asked again when I picked up to make sure I wouldn't be charged for first order that was cancelled. Guess what? I was charged. Tried to get the issue fixed. Was told to fill out this stupid form and then they didn't respond at all. Had to dispute the charge through my bank. Avoid these thieves. Apparently they would rather try and steal from you and lose all future business rather than fix an issue. So not only are they thieves, but they're stupid too. The only answer they ever have is to have you go to a webpage and fill out a form. Then no one responds. We waited close to 25 min for our (cold) chips and (cold) queso. The salt shaker was SO beyond disgusting - caked with what looked like mold to the brim. My food was not good and the broccoli as yellow - a sign that it's old. Although our server was very nice her service was awful. Very slow. Very forgetful. Very sweaty. Also didn't know the menu - as a former chilihead myself I had to tell her it was possible to get veggies with no butter. It's so sad the tanking quality of chilis food and service.
