Why would you exercise, we wonder, when life is so good from up here? It wasn't spicy but the juice from the pineapple provided some flavor depth. if anything it was bland but after my experience at other Asian restaurants in Sydney where even the no-chili powder request leads to a fire in my mouth the food from Sky Thai was very welcoming. 4) on the negative side their Chicken Satay wasn't very good and appeared to be deep fried rather than cooked on an open flame as is traditional. on the plus side though the peanut sauce on top was top notch and hit the flavor notes from the best places I've tried in Singapore and Malaysia. 5) they're cash only, but are solving that within the next 30 days.

It's possible to dine-in at Noot thai, but it should be judged primarily as a take away restaurant and for that, consistency is the most important factor, which earns Noot Thai top rating in my book.
