He took issue with us asking for a monitor to be turned off, and as we were leaving, he shouted at us as if he had done us a favor by... letting us into his "clubhouse" for free. It's a shame that a restaurant in such a prime location hires a manager who is so uncouth and insecure--bold enough to mistreat diners who simply expect to be treated with dignity, courtesy, and kindness. With staff like this, they'll lose not just us, but many other customers who won't appreciate being treated like they're begging for a handout at a soup kitchen after spending their money on mediocre dishes. It was empty, which is usually enough reason for me not to go in. But it also meant fast and personal service, which we greatly appreciated since the rumbling of our stomaches had grown louder and louder. We ordered some craft beers and tortas (sandwiches). The menu is full of different combinations, but their main focus is on tortas and burritos. I was pleasantly surprised: it was one of the best tortas I've had that didn't come from a stall down the road (cause we all know those are often the best). The waiter was friendly, wrapped up the food we couldn't finish in the end and the ladies in the kitchen kept cooking. A lovely laid-back atmosphere. I'd definitely drop in again for a quick bite to eat.

It is also super close to one of the main highways, so you can catch an uber/taxi pretty quickly from here. Service: The service at this location was excellent! The waiter that helped us explain to us their menu and all of the different mezcal infusions that they have. Food/Drink: They have a pretty wide variety of tequilas and mezcales, but I don't think they have "the best". Everything they have is a little bit more on the low scale end of things, but at really affordable prices. As for food, is your typical bar food with not much of the ordinary. Again, this is a great place to just grab a beer with friends.
