The place was not very busy while I was there -- maybe 4-5 other tables were full. The decor is a little tacky/cheap fancy, which we laughed about, but was fine. We had the 9 course tasting menu (53€ per person) and we were there for ~2.5 hours, like the menu warns. All of the food flavors, preparations, and plating were very nice. Every dish had a unique presentation. Service was friendly but a little slow. They described each dish to us, but some were a little hard to understand due to their English and accent. Our menu included: Welcome cocktail and snack Oxtail sandwiches - served as a cute (and tasty) flat sandwich with a small tube to apply sauce Prawn ravioli and black pudding with honey Egg at low temperature, potato cream, "chistorra" and truffle olive oil Stewed red tuna in onions - this tuna was a little chewy, not the best quality Cod fish with tomato sauce and "aioli" au gratin Iberian pork tataki with "migas" (sauteed scrambled bread) 1 portion of cheese or sorbet - we opted for cheese, which was brought over on a cart (classy). portion could have been bigger. Chocolate croquette - like a chocolate lava cake, plus it came with some popping candy Blueberry cheesecake Petit fours

It must be that this restaurant has really fallen from grace because there were very few redeeming qualities of the restaurant. Checking in (with a reservation) took a considerable amount of time due to apparent under staffing in the restaurant. Rather than being kindly guided to a table, or even offered, we were sort of just pointed to choose from two open tables. The entry process continued with the two of us ordering aperitifs as soon as we sat down (at the request of the waiter) and no water or aperitifs came for over 15 minutes. We almost got up and left. A waitress then came to us and wanted to take our food orders and we asked where our drinks were and she had never heard they were coming so we re-ordered beverages and got them in another 7 or so minutes. Overall we were not crushing it. Based on the start of the meal we decided against a tasting menu and just to order a la carte. I'm glad we did because almost none of the food lived up to any standard. The oxtail sandwiches looked cool, but lacked flavor. The prawn ravioli wasn't bad, but also wasn't good. The Scallops had no crust when cooked and really were uninteresting overall. The best part of the scallop dish was the asparagus which is just depressing. And the Iberian Pork with Migas just did not cut it. I love Migas and this wasn't migas, nor was the pork good! The one outlying quality was the excellent wine by the glass selection they had. However it's Sevilla you can get that almost anywhere. I would stay far away from this restaurant unless you're looking for old stodgy decor, service that tried quite hard but doesn't deliver, and food that just isn't that good. Extremely disappointing.
