Brunch Review. The selection was limited, but for $28 a person, we thought it was a great choice. I like non-american foods for breakfast, so the Asian selection was a nice option while my husband had the traditional American breakfast items. The restaurant was beautiful and the service was great. Was is the most amazing Vegas food we've had? - no. But did it fill is and gave us some variety? - yes. We dont plan to make reservations to be back, but if we were ever in a pinch/undecided it make the short list.

We ordered takeout on the last day of our trip because we were completely exhausted, and it was the perfect decision! Our food was ready so quickly, which we really appreciated. We got a sushi roll, orange chicken, and chow mein, and everything was so fresh and absolutely delicious. The prices were very reasonable, especially for being inside the hotel, and the location couldn't have been more convenient--it was right by the hotel elevators. Such a great option when you want a quick, tasty meal. We would definitely order from here again!

Chin Chin knocked it out of the park again! The service and food truly is a 5/5! Another great date with my husband at one of our favorite Vegas places!

Went for the breakfast buffet. Everything was fresh, but boy was it small. It's nowhere near the size of traditional Vegas style buffets, however, the price is ten to twenty dollars less as well.

Chin Chin has been my "go to" Chinese place when i am on the strip for MANY years. Also fun fact, this restaurant debut was Jan 3 1997, the same day that New York New York opened it doors! So yes folks a rarity in Las Vegas, but it has been here since the Resorts opening day...and i can see why. The food here has always been tasty and satisfying. The service is quick and you don't wait long for your food. My go to meal of General Chicken is made in such a way here that i cannot find another restaurant where it tastes on the same level. The restaurant itself is modern and has plenty of seating (including the bar) I hope this restaurant is there for many more years. The prices over the last several years have increased significantly, but somehow it is still worth it!

That's crazy that they'd have a Japanese menu with that name... Chin Chin is a restaurant in the New York-New York Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. It's trying to fill all the roles of Chinese menu, sushi menu, and American weekend brunch. I ended up going with the Chinese menu since all my dining companions were also leaning that way. The Shrimp Toast ($15.00) is one of their highlighted apps, and it was actually very fun. I'm not sure whether the shrimp is incorporated directly into the toast or what, but the toast feels consistently crispy. The flavor profile fills out nicely when you add both the runny apricot sauce (just pouring it is probably best) and a squeeze of lime. The Night Market Noodles ($27.00) plus beef (+$6.00) feel both similar to but not quite like various stir-fry noodle dishes from some Chinese or maybe Thai background. The sauce is rich and mildly spicy (maybe a 2.5 or 3 out of 10) and the beef is pretty tender but could still be cut a bit down to a more appropriate size for including in every bite. I also tried some of my friend's Peanut Noodles ($28.00) plus tofu (+$5.00). It is peanut-forward and actually quite hearty, and the tofu is crispy when fresh. This and the other noodles are pretty well portioned and we didn't quite finish the two dishes between three of us. We were set on ending the night with something sweet and agreed on the rather out of place Chin Chin Churros ($11.00). The churros were good enough and contained plenty of cinnamon sugar. They actually provided three separate dipping sauces. I enjoyed both the chocolate and caramel sauces, but the raspberry was the star and can't be missed if they actually do ask you to pick just one. I went with an Arnold (Palmer) and they were happy to include a refill in the $5.00 base price. You can customize it a bit, so I had mango tea and mango lemonade and had a very pleasant, lightly sweet sipper to cleanse my palate on occasion between the disparately flavored dishes listed above. Our server went a little missing when we were hoping to order dessert and settle up but otherwise was solid. The atmosphere was comfortable enough despite the dining room being a little dense and busy, and I liked the light-changing paper lanterns on the ceiling. Chin Chin is actually the best entry-level Chinese restaurant I've had so far among the various Strip properties of MGM Resorts. If you're craving that cuisine while stuck on the Strip, this is a solid option.

If there's one thing I'm doing is grabbing me a sushi roll and this place didn't miss. I thought it was a buffet but that's just for brunch haha. I got my usual Philly Roll with spicy mayo on the side which was amazing, can't go wrong. But my waitress recommended for my second roll to try the Salmon on the Beach which has cream cheese avocado and shrimp tempura inside it with salmon and scallions on top. It comes with a delicious Yum Yum sauce which I got on the side and an eel sauce I didn't mess with lol. 10/10, adding it to my Vegas rotation for sure!! ~ Mrs California Black United States 2026

Delicious experience at Chin Chin in Las Vegas!! Located in the NYNY hotel and casino. They offer all kinds of great Asian fusion family-style dishes. We shared everything among five people, and our server was nice and very accommodating. Food comes out from the kitchen as it's ready, which worked perfectly for our group. We shared two sushi rolls, chili crisp wontons, orange chicken, fried rice, pad Thai, and Mongolian beef which we devoured every bite! They also have a cocktail list and some dessert options. I highly recommend adding Chin Chin to your restaurant list when in Vegas, and making a reservation is a good idea.

Chili wontons in a sauce which was also a great appetizer.

Stopped in for a birthday lunch and was so glad that we did. Restaurant wasn't too busy on our waiter was fantastic. He made a suggestion to start with the garlic chili Chris wontons which we did have and we thought were excellent. We also ordered the eggplant tofu with the side of rice. Our waiter advised us that this was a large dish and we could easily share it and I'm glad for the warning because we would have not been able to eat two entrees. My husband also got a very decent size cheesecake slice for his birthday which was appreciated. All in all a really good experience

We arrived when they just opened so there was a lot of staff and no customers so we sat where we wanted. We ordered a couple of rolls because the prices were extremely high...maybe not for Vegas. My roll was fine and my husband enjoyed his smoked roll. Our bill came out to just under $100 for 2 rolls and 1 beer before tax and tip.

So delicious! I loved the beef broccoli and general tsos. The meals were so fresh and tasty and were just what we needed after a long day walking around. The service was friendly and efficient and the ambiance was calm and inviting. The only problem was the prices were a little high and to pay extra for rice- it wasn't included with the meals.

Came to this place on Valentine's Day before seeing the Mad Apple. It had great reviews online and did not disappoint. I side was nice, service was good! I like that things were served family style gave us an opportunity to try a few different dishes and definitely made us leave there feeling stuffed. My number one recommendation would be to get the spicy garlic wontons, they were super good. I enjoyed our entree choices and the sushi roll, but my eyes were bigger than my stomach. All in all a yummy place to check out

You will LOVE this place! CHIN CHIN is located in the NY NY Hotel and tucked back in a little corner of the casino! The menu has so much to offer, from Breakfast to Dinner and all the deliciousness in between! We almost always sit at the bar and watch the sushi chefs do their magic!! They have a fabulous Brunch and offer a buffet full of goodness! Service is fast, food is INCREDIBLE, fresh, and the prices are fair! It's a MUST TRY for sure! We never miss an opportunity to eat there, and we NEVER regret it! Go ahead, try them; you'll become a fan too... #Cheers

Our favorite dishes were the Sizzling Beef in Black Pepper Sauce, Braised Sea Bass Clay Pot, Chili Fish Soup, and Green Beans. The duck was decent, but a but gamier and less oily and juicy than most of us were used to. We had higher expectations for the Sliced Beef and Ox Tongue in chili sauce. This is a cold appetizer which was fine, but did not have the depth of spice or aromatics that we were hoping for. Unfortunately the crispy beef wasn't great in our opinion and reminded me personally of the meat quality at Panda Express. Maybe this dish was meant to cater more to the Western palate. We had what I think was a decent amount for 5 people and paid over $200 without any of the more expensive menu items, only dumplings. For the price and what we got, I don't think it was worth the price tag. Alright, the foods. Pork soup dumplings, rainbow shrimp dumpling, pork shrimp shu mai, chicken shu mai, bbq pork bao buns, pork belly bao buns, the ducklings, crunch dragon wings, chicken satay, and the eel crispy rice. Everything was good, but the best of the bunch were the pork soup dumplings and the eel crispy rice. The pork soup dumplings came with a black vinegar "caviar" that complimented the flavors in the soup portion. The crispy eel rice had a great char on the eel and the rice was crispy without being overly crunchy. According to kid 3, the notable mention was the crunch dragon wings that had the "perfect spice and really crunchy skin." Oh, and kid 1 was not a fan of the ducklings, she realized that she's not a fan of 5-spice which these had an overpowering flavor of. Overall, great experience but for the price we paid vs what we got was not worth it. The lychee martini! That was sensational, if you're 21 and enjoy a sweeter cocktail, this one is for you! Service was top notch, the ladies and gentlemen know what they are doing there.
