Great takeout food with plenty of room to eat in as well. We ordered sesame chicken (no tofu that day), Hunan beef, vegetable fried rice, some pork egg rolls, a vegetable egg roll, and some steak on a stick. All of the food was great and we had plenty for leftovers, which I love. The egg rolls were actually crispy when I got home!!! (Must be magic...) The restaurant crew was very nice and speedy to get all the food out quickly. My nephew lives right up the street and never knew this gem was so close...

Bourbon chicken order w plastic in my rice and chicken.

In addition to noodles, the lunch special came with your choice of soup, a spring roll, or 2 crab rangoon. I opted for the crab rangoon. I also ordered 2 dim sum dishes - the shrimp dumplings ($6.50) and snow mountain lava buns ($6.50). The crab rangoon came out first, and they were delicious, hot, and crispy. Then I got the dan dan noodles. The noodles had a bit of a kick, but they weren't overwhelmingly spicy. They had a nice chew, and I slurped them up happily. I just wish there were more noodles lol, but the portions were pretty typical for dan dan noodles at Greater Cleveland restaurants. The dim sum was great. The shrimp dumplings were tender and juicy, and the buns were so fluffy. Be careful eating them though, or you might get hot, delicious egg goo all over your hands, lol. The staff is very no-nonsense. The service was efficient, and I made it in time for my Red Cross appointment. Note - the restrooms are super clean and even smell nice!

It's located in Asia town, and there is parking in the back for a few spots. The service is wonderful, you order through a iPad. And the food I don't even know where to begin: we got the cucumber salad, and the scallion pancake(more on this later), I opted for the chili broth, medium spicy with fatty beef and spicy beef (as you can tell, I love my spice!), I also got the peach smoothie. The hot pot comes fully prepared in a giant bowl with all the selections of ingredients that you have selected to the iPad. From the minute, the hot pot bowls hit our table. I knew this was a great place. The broth taste like it's been simmered for a long time! The depth of flavor is just amazing! I wish I had discovered this place in the depths of winter because it truly is a warm hug of hot pot to cure any winter blues-- nonetheless I'll be back!

I'm a certified spice wimp, but I'm not opposed to the occasional spicy Szechuan-style meal as long as it's delicious. However, I wasn't feeling culinarily courageous that day, so I didn't get the titular malatang (I am open to trying it in the future though!). Instead, I got the braised beef noodle soup, and it was delicious. My big bowl came with a generous amount of noodles, bok choy, and a good portion of braised beef. The noodles had a great chew, and the beef was tender. The soup was also wonderful. It was flavorful and reminded me of a pho broth, though not as complex (however, it was just as comforting and great for a chilly day). My noodle soup left me stuffed, especially since I drank up every drop of that tasty broth and slurped up every single noodle. It was also reasonably priced - around $14 or $15. The service was also friendly and quick with water refills.
