Great stop here for a quick dinner. When I say quick, I mean it. Ordered there and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. It was ready in about 5. Got the general tso's chicken combo and it was pretty good. Came with pork fried rice and a pork egg roll. For a good amount of food for $11 and it was pretty good. Can't wait to try some other staples soon. Small entry way but while waiting, a lot of people came through to grab pickup. Testament to how good they are since they're that busy. Also really liked that they asked if people wanted sauces, fortune cookies or utensils. Most places just toss a handful of everything in and we end up throwing things away. Appreciate that they limit waste by giving people what they actually want.

Never knew this existed in my hometown of 35+ years. Staff is super friendly and makes entrées fresh in front of you which I love. Extensive menu and love the combos sweet and sour pork was pretty good but a little too much better for me so I peeled it, fried rice didn't really feel like fried, but it was still good and the eggrolls were a little chewy. Perhaps a few extra seconds in the fryer made it a little tough but overall very very good and very fresh.

This is the quintessential place for Chinese-American when you just need comfort food. They're take-out only, so I always order over the phone and pick it up about 20 minutes later and it's always predictable and perfect for what it is. My usual order includes a pint of vegetable lo mein and eggplant in garlic sauce. They definitely do not skimp on portion sizes and the containers are always packed full to the brim. The eggplant is very good and full of garlicky flavor (and actual garlic pieces!). Sometimes it does feel a little too sweet for my taste, but I miss it when I don't order it. The lo mein is pretty classic to what we all know and is a staple for me. Occasionally we also get the vegetable dumplings - we've tried both steamed and fried and while both are good, my personal preference is the chewiness you get from steamed. Also remember to ask for chili oil! It goes with everything and amps up the flavor to all dishes. It's not the best Chinese place in the city nor the most authentic, but when you're looking for comfort food this place provides!

The restaurant is in a tucked away strip mall and is modest in size and decor. The strip mall also contains hidden treasures like a Chinese bakery/BBQ and an Asian store. We went early on a Saturday evening with friends. The service was excellent, although with some staff there were language hurdles. No matter - everyone made it work and we were left with an abundance of amazing food at a reasonable price. Wine and beers are served, as well as smoothies and other non-alcoholic drinks. BF ordered crab rangoon as a starter, which was good. He liked it more than I did, but it was nice and crispy. I just didn't think it compared to other dishes. My vegetable egg roll was very good as well, but nothing terribly unique. He went bold on the entree and ordered the pork intestine and blood cake dish. He really enjoyed it and said it was quite spicy. The portions are generous and he did bring a lot home. I ordered the homestyle tofu, which normally has pork. I got it without to make it vegetarian friendly. The textures were very good and the sauce was intensely flavorful, but mild. I also ordered a supplementary dish of braised mushrooms and Shanghai greens. Everyone at the table enjoyed this dish, particularly the greens, which are a variety of bok choy, called pac choy. The mushrooms were wonderful, with the texture of wood ears. I also had plenty of leftovers to eat the next day. Our friends ordered the Szechuan spicy pork dumplings and they got rave reviews. My cousin did say they were not overly spicy. She went on to order the sizzling black pepper beef, which she said was good, but not nearly as unique or deeply flavored as the other dishes. Her husband ordered the pork intestine with clear noodles, which he enjoyed but said was extremely spicy. He did leave a lot of sauce behind since it was so hot. He also had the ox tendon and maw in spicy sauce, which came with chopped peanuts on top. He seemed really pleased with that dish. We agreed that we would happily go back to explore the menu more. Everything was excellent and I thought the prices were generally quite reasonable, especially for the quantity of food. I do wish the menu had more descriptive text, so I could familiarize myself with the dishes. The choices are many and overwhelming and the menu is huge. I'd also love to see a symbol for vegetarian options since it's very hard to know otherwise and many of the vegetable dishes included pork or other meat. As we left the restaurant was getting increasingly busy with people waiting by the door for seats. This is a popular place for good reason.

The Spicy Pork Dumplings have become my go-to appetizer, and the fried spring rolls are also very good. On a most recent visit, we ordered hot pot. Our server brought us the sheet to make our selections. You can choose from mild broth, spicy broth, or half tray of each. The spicy is pretty hot with lots of red chili peppers soaking in it, so I scooped out the chili peppers to keep rhe flavor but lessen the impact on my palate. For 2 guests, I recommend choosing 3 items from the list, maybe 2 protein and one veggie or 2 veggie and one protein to start. You can order more if you finish and need more. This is in addition to the two appetizers you will choose, which is included with rhe hot pot dinner. It's a great value! Sze Chuan remains on my short list of go-to's for Chinese dining, and I look forward to my next visit, whenever that may be.

HOT POT!! It's fun, you dunk the meats into the broth. If you like it spicy the hot side has some zing!!

There seemed to be no one working at the host/hostess station by the door or at the bar. We had to wait several minutes before someone noticed us to seat us. They offer a decent "lunch" special that also runs on weekends and until 3pm or so. I cannot say no to that Mongolian beef... which might have been even better than I remember. The chicken pad thai was a HUGE portion and looked/smelled incredible. I definitely want to try this in the future. The waiter was nice and attentive without being annoying. For a chain, I think the food is pretty dang amazing and the menu is quite extensive. I would recommend PF Chang's over the foot court any day!

I feel like every time we go it seems to be going downhill slower and slower. A few times ago, the service was not good and just cleanliness was t good either. Floors dirty and windows filthy etc. But we thought we'd give it a try again. Tonight when we sat down at the table. The server came promptly, which was great! We just ordered waters and wanted to eat, so we ordered right away! After we ordered, I looked down and noticed there was rice in between the table placemat under both mats and also on the other side was dried sauce and chunks of food stuck onto the table. Simple mistake and but we switched tables. Right when we sat down, I took the wine glasses and slid them to the end of the table as we ordered water, and I figured they would take them. As I was moving them, I noticed that there was lipstick marks on one of them. As for the service, it started out well, but then he basically never came back to the table and other servers were helping us. The food was hot and good but the overall experience wasn't good and now being 2 back to back times and for the price, we will not be back, sadly. The restaurant is getting to be gross and use to be a nice dining place. Not it's like a fast food cheap feeling place that's overpriced for what you experience. So many better places now.

So I stopped here about 2 weeks ago after work and from reading the reviews and looking at the pictures I felt this may be my new back up place to go to grab dinner for carry out. I usually order the same thing and on occasion will order something different but because this was my first time ordering form here I feel going with the shrimp fried rice and house egg rolls would be the way to go. The shrimp fried rice was full of shrimp which I really liked. There was enough rice in there to split with 2 people, but I was quite hungry so I was able to kill the whole pint. I ordered 2 house eggrolls. I really liked the flavor of them, but there were a couple things to address. One of the eggrolls was a tad greasy and had to get a paper towel and dab of the excess oil. There was barely any shrimp in the eggrolls and they could have a little more filling. Overall, I would for sure order from here again and I can't believe I haven't ordered from here considering how many times I have drove past this place. When I went to pick up my food I grabbed a menu and I saw that they offer lunch specials which is something to consider when I'm working from home.
