Ordered the most basic dish possible. The food was not fully cooked. We had to microwave it and while that finished cooking the food it tasted terrible - even the sauce couldn't mask the taste.. But we went in to get out completed order and then they say they have no more tofu. They offered us nothing except an excuse that they are busy. I get that. I've been a loyal customer and this is the SECOND time they've messed up my orders and did nothing about it. First time, the guy misheard what I said and sent us the wrong food. I called to let them know and the guy was rude and basically said I was in the wrong. I spoke to the owner afterwards and he promised me a free combo meal to replace the wrong order for the next time. I never received the free combo meal. This time, the woman took my order, said it back to me, and said it would be about an hour because they were busy. I said that would be fine. I placed the order at 8:40 and it came at 10:05. That is not the part where it gets bad. Part of my order was not delivered. I called and the same woman asked me what I was charged. I tell her, and she said she never charged me for it. Why would you take down the order, repeat it back to me and then completely forget to charge me for it? The menu they sent showed that she circled the meals. If she realized that I was undercharged, she should have called me and let me know. I would have been perfectly fine paying for the correct amount FOR THE CORRECT ORDER. Instead of fixing the issue right away, she puts the phone down and I can hear her collecting money from whoever was there. I pulled up in front of the restaurant, the owner was dragging out the trash bins. He came inside to help me, and although he was wearing a mask, he did not wash his hands. Inside the small space, it was very dingy and looked ill cared for. I ordered a quart of plain lobster sauce to go with the shrimp I was stir frying at home. I had high hopes as I was a new customer and never place a large order the first time I try a new place. Oh, dear. The lobster "sauce" was more like soup than sauce- thin, watery and tasteless with frozen peas and carrots thrown in. It really was the worst lobster sauce I have ever had. I will not be back. There Customer Service is Discusting. My Daughter Ordered food yesterday to pick up but unfortunately had accident and was unable to pick up her order. I recived a phone call on my daughter phone this evening, by a rude sarcastic Gentlemen telling That my chicken is getting cold. The man kept calling and calling this evening. I called back and asked who I was speaking to they claimed to be the owner of China king. I asked why he rudely called my daughter phone in such a manner and explained she had an accident on her way to the restaurant yesterday. He was very disrespectful screaming at me on the phone telling me "well they should of called!!! YOU MADE ME WASTE MONEY!!!." YES that the exactly THE FIRST THING YOU WANNA DO IS CALL THE CHINESE TAKEOUT RIGHT AFTER YOU HAVE an ACCIDENT. Especially for Chicken wings and French fries. I told the man on the phone I was gonna report him and tell my freinds and family not to order in there restaurant again . He cursed at me told me can I can kiss his a@# and I'm a pieace of sh@#. UPDATE:do not eat here. would have been glad to take the previous review down after some minor delivery and communication issues.My wife attempted to order this evening over the phone and they called back and as my wife answered and they canceled the order as well as cursed and screamed at her out in front of my mother and 4 year old son. They called 2 times even after i tried to level with the guy to get to the bottom of the issue. Its just generic Chinese food..would take this down if they ever apologize for screaming vulgarities on the phone at a woman. keep your food. Refuse service all you want, a bad delivery driver is one thing but refusing service is absurd.the guy was out of line, all i was doing was giving the business another shot. These reviews are our freedom of speech and hold restaurants and businesses accountable for their actions.
