Das Restaurant überzeugt mit ehrlichen, traditionellen Gerichten und einer entspannten Atmosphäre. Besonders die Dumplings sind ein echtes Highlight - frisch zubereitet, hervorragend gefüllt und geschmacklich einfach klasse. Man bestellt unkompliziert an der Theke, anschließend werden die Speisen frisch zubereitet und direkt an den Tisch gebracht. Das Konzept ist angenehm unkompliziert, der Service freundlich und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt absolut. Wer authentische chinesische Küche abseits der üblichen Standardgerichte genießen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Ich freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch!

Es liegt etwas weiter außerhalb von Little Tokyo Zentrum in Düsseldorf, der Hauptbahnhof ist in Sichtweite. Alle probierten Speisen sind sehr lecker, die Teller bis auf die Soßen leer Die Ausstattung ist weniger pompös als man das üblicherweise von chinesischen Restaurants her kennt, fast schon eher wie ein asiatischer Imbiss. Das wird aber beim Blick auf die Speisekarte schnell klar: hier ist der Fokus auf das Essen ausgerichtet. U.a typisch, authentisch, Shanghai Style. Wir sind nächstes mal mit mehr Leuten vor Ort, da die einzelnen Speise recht groß sind, und man mit zwei Person daher schon bei 4 Gerichten pappsatt ist. Mit mehr Leuten, mehr Gerichte, mehr Auswahl .

The restaurant looked like the type you should find in the vicinity of a train station- bare bones and unpolished - just like our favorite noodle joints in NYC. Usually I try the Dan-Dan noodles in a Sichuan restaurant, but I needed noodle soup and went for the another Sichuan perennial offering, spicy beef noodle soup. I started out with a little cold boiled chicken in chili sauce which was pretty divine. I love when chicken comes with the bone on as opposed to anonymous chopped up and dried out pieces. The soup was very spicy and the broth was light but very flavorful. The noodles were e a thicker egg variety like Dan Dan noodles and served soft, but not so soft that they were runny and flaky.
