I can only confirm the positive judgements about this Restaurant. We came there without having…read morebooked and it was crowded. Nevertheless the very friendly were able to find us a place to have dinner.
I have eaten that night the best pork fillet I ever had. It was declared to be from a Bio-Schwein, and the taste was definitly different from what you normally get. The Spaetzle and the cabbage was also good. Of the same quality was the Frischlingsruecken (filet from young boar). The only dish I liked less were the noodles with truffles, too much cream! I know that the cream enhances the taste of the truffles, but this was too much.
I ordered the proposed wine (aglianico) without asking for the winelist, but I would have preferred to have got the winelist without asking for it :-)
