I have been going to Athenians for 6 years never…read morehad a problem until last Friday June 30/17 she was busy with another client and told her daughter to give me my pedicure...That was a very BIG MISTAKE is very young very nice but. Was not paying attention. She used the razor blade in proper handle and proceeded she cut the side of my outside right foot when she first starting she went to far. On side of foot. Needlessly to say she didn't cut me she took a deep layer of skin off my foot which bleed excessively. When. Athenia heard me scream from excessive. Foot pain she came right over to help stop bleeding then said more or less my fault because my skin caused it. She said sometimes skin catches blade. They finished painting nail polish on toenails and then charged me for the pedicure. I paid them because that is the only way I could prove I was there. They apologized several times but I could to put pressure on foot at all. My husband dressed wound them use tensor bandage so I could walk somewhat. Even today I still limp from pain...so my husband was so annoyed they charged me he went back to Athenia's and asked for. My money back that they had cut my foot bad they tried to blame it on me and would not give. Him refund all of a sudden they could not speak English which is not true they speak broken just fine any other occasion. He said they would not take responsibility for what happened said accident. I called Athenia and told her I want money she first said no I told her listen to me I am going to report this to Health. Canada and was told by them to phone BBB of western Ontario they investigate complaints. If Athenia would have given pedicure this would not have happened. My husband went back again and they refunded him then tried to give him a lower amount he showed her bill she refunded and grabbed receipt. I am writing this so no one else has to experience what happened. Please Ladies. Think before you go.. Dissatisfied Customer

But then the next day 2 more fell off and now today another on cracked and fell off. I got acrylic nails and they hardly put any of the acrylic on they are very thin and brittle.
