Staff regularly called me by the incorrect gender, did not seem to know that I had been there before, and regularly forgot to call me back about things. The absolute worst was the billing department. Incorrect charges, lack of receipts, unwilling to respond to requests for billing explanations-- they have me questioning whether I should report them to the AG. I would not recommend anyone go here unless you have the time to be your own accounting office and lawyer. If you don't, prepare to be charged hundreds of dollars with no explanation.

Winnie at the reception desk is amazing, and always does such great work with helping me organize my schedules between adjustments, and massages. Emma does an awesome job with massages, and I really like how she asks questions about my pain, stiffness, etc, before starting. And as for Dr. McKay, I don't think I ever met a happier doctor in my life! Her positivity carries over and helps me feel very relaxed for my adjustments, and also my very first acupuncture care. I'm so glad the Veterans Affairs recommended this Chiropractor to me!

We were the last to leave, an hour after closing. When we finally got the results, the nurse practitioner said she did not know what the results meant, and was unable to explain anything to us. She referred us to SIU, and told us to expect a phone call in the morning, and that an appointment would be set up this week. Not only was that experience a complete waste of time, as we are no closer to figuring out what is wrong, we never got the phone call, and when we did, the SIU office had the complete wrong information, so we had to explain everything to them. They then set up an appointment for 3 weeks from now, despite urgent care plus staff saying we would have an appointment later this week. Also, because I am obviously not impressed, I figured I'd throw in the fact that the room we were put in was no less than 85 degrees. Will not be returning and would suggest to everyone that anyone needing an x ray to look elsewhere.

Then red flagged and terminated me because I refused to follow her plan. I am stunned with how bad I've been treated by entire group and plan to make it known. Horrible treatment!
