I went to the Healthy Living Centre a few days ago when my normal waxing girl was on holiday. I…read morefound the shop through a friend, I'm very particular about my waxing, I always go for the person which will result in the least amount of pain. The Healthy Living Centre is divided into two parts. The Healthy Living portion focuses on inner health while the Living Beauty deals with the outer you. To enter the shop you walk through the Mother Earth store on St. Pauls. The receptionist was very friendly and while I waited for Olga I walked around the shop making a mental note of things I needed after my waxing. The Living Beauty is on the expensive side, a Brazilian is £35 while a basic bikini starts at £10 and a high bikini is £15. Since my normal Brazilian is about £20-25 I decided to go with the high bikini, plus it would allow me to check out Olga's skills. The waxing went well. Olga was very friendly and put me instantly at ease. The waxing did sting a bit, but the wax had aloe into so the pain didn't last very long. As waxing goes, it was a good experience. I liked the shop, the environment and Olga, that price will prevent me from making it my monthly waxing stop. They do offer other services and before I left I made an appointment for a facial, 60 minutes for £50 is pretty standard so this may become my regular facial spot, I'll let you know how it goes!
