We found Chinook Landscaping when searching for landscapers to tackle the mess that once was our backyard. When Dave arrived, we outlined what we had in mind and he quickly provided additional suggestions on how our ideas could be made reality. Our estimate arrived later that day which was really helpful. Dave was quick to answer any additional questions we had and was mindful of our budget. We were reassured in knowing that we were meeting with the company owner to get our free quote. After we decided to proceed with Chinook, they gave us a timeline for the project and then surprised us when they were able to start much much earlier than anticipated. The foreman, James, and his team worked quickly and efficiently on the project, achieving more per day than we expected. Despite being a relatively small project, they completed all work in just under 4 days. James and his guys were friendly, polite, and respectful; James was able to answer any questions we had and provide further suggestions for what to plant. Passersby were also impressed by the team and their work. Each day, the team cleaned up the site, put tools away, and ensured that our property would still be presentable overnight. After everything was done, James went over how to maintain our new landscape and had helpful tips about what to do. We are exceptionally pleased with the work and would strongly recommend Chinook Landscaping to anyone who is seeking to beautify their property. David came in the spring to give me an estimate on redoing the centre portion of our very large yard. I also had him look at one of our overgrown flower beds. He explained what could be done gave suggestions and told me that he would be able to do the job sometime in July. He then emailed a quote which I thought was fair and I told him we would proceed. He let me know in July when they would be there and arranged a time to come and do the job. He came the next day we did a walk through and he estimated 2 and a 1/2 days. The two guys worked flat out and finished in 2 days. They did everything I asked and more. It ended up at a slightly higher cost due to my choosing better quality materials and wanting a bit more done. However, it was worth every penny and I am Hillel with the results. Great company to work with and the customer does come first. read more

I had seen David's work at a friend's house and really liked it so contacted him to get some work done at my new house. David gave a quick quote and I was lucky enough to have him start the following week. His crews were efficient and polite and did great work and cleaned up well at the end of the job. David took care of the two minor issues that came up after completion very quickly with no argument. I would not consider having landscaping work done in the future by anyone except David and I would highly recommend him to anyone that wants quality work at a fair price. read more

Once they were onsite, their two employees working on my new sidewalk were friendly and courteous explaining what would be happening as they went along. They worked hard and diligently and I was very impressed with the clean up they did on the public sidewalk and street once they were done. They left no trace and I think cleaned up the sidewalk better than it was when they got there! PHL treated me like a valued customer even though my sidewalk was a small job.

Chinook Landscaping is tops in my book I was extremely pleased with Patrick and his crew, both He and James took care to ensure that all I wanted was done, and in fact there were more than a few extra touches added by folks in the crew...The thought and Care they took shows real pride in a job well done not just a chore to finish. The workmanship was outstanding, They took what I wanted and made it so much better. The final product is impressive and all who walk past agree and exclaim "great job", "looks great", "wow what an improvement". The final stage and Cleanup was just as impressive.
