I walked in and noticed that the food preparer was prepping food wearing gloves that she wiped clean on the apron she was wearing. The apron already had lots of food stains all over it. When my turn came, I politely asked her to change her gloves prior to preparing my food and informed her I had allergies. She was rude and asked if I was allergic to food overall? I clarified to her that I had specific food allergies and wanted to make sure my food would not endanger my health. She scoffed and proceeded to make my order sloppily without changing gloves. Shocked, I paid for my food and went outside and tossed it! Was a terrible experience! I went here on December 4 and I had one of the most brutal food poisonings of my life, I thought I was going to die. I ate a beef Barbacoa burrito and later that day I got very intense, abdominal cramps, dizziness, high fever, vomiting, and diarrhea for 12 hours straight... No joke. Get ready to have the most careless staff and mediocre meal. Terribly disappointing. There is no sense of urgency, I have waited 15 minutes being the only one in line while all the workers behind the counter ignored me. When I'm finally helped, I'm about to be done ordering and i asked for sour cream. This man looked me in the eyes and covered the entire bowl with a thick blanket of sour cream while i actively asked him to stop and said it's a lot. We had not eaten at a Chipotle I quite a while and we wanted a salad, so we went to this location tonight. First, the food did not appear to be very fresh. Second, the cashier was literally ogling the customer in front of me and making it super obvious! Then, after we pay, we find out that they don't have forks, only knives and spoons. The amount of times they have messed up our order is incredible, I'm not sure if they're playing a game to se how many wrong orders they can give to their customers before they stop showing up because that's what it felt like. First time we ordered a bowl, picked it up and only had chicken and cheese? No other ingredients so we figured maybe they gave us someone else's order by mistake, no big deal we figured since it was during the pandemic things were hectic so we just used stuff we had at home. Chipotle stock is on fire: $1500 a share. The even have commercials now. I guess those profits and money to advertise come from serving $9 burritos that are half as large as they were 3 years ago. Not sure what is up with this fast-food chain restaurant that almost always is very bad with service, especially in South Florida. This location is probably the worst I ever been and I didn't think that was possible LOL. During my visit on a Wednesday night around 8pm, the service was terrible. The lady serving the food was the same person fixing the online orders. The line was not only long but moving very slow because she was the only one taking orders in the restaurant plus fixing the online orders. It was sad to see the three girls behind the counter and the cook just standing looking at them. I usually don't like writing bad reviews but unfortunately I had to for this chipotle location. I ordered online and ordered extra cheese, salsa, lettuce, and sour cream and I asked for my beans to be on the side. I got the order (from DoorDash), and the beans were inside the box not on the side (I like the beans as protein but don't like the mix in the bowl because I don't like the flavors mixing), and absolutely everything that I asked to be extra and paid for, wasn't extra at all....they were the normal portions and for some less than that. I was so disappointed with my meal I barely ate it, and with the other reviews stating this location being dirty, I'm glad I didn't eat it all (saw the reviews after I had some). Usually when I order online through their app I get the extras in side containers so they know they gave me more and I'm getting what I paid for. My order wasn't followed correctly and I won't be using this location anytime soon, and will make sure that when I order online that my order doesn't come from this Chipotle location. They need to hire new staff who actually follow directions and make sure the restaurant is at minimum safe and clean for the patrons of this establishment. read more
