Continuously the worst run chipotle I have ever been to. 1:00 pm and one person working the line. Line out the door and not a single employee cares. Not sure if there even is a manager. My family and I love Chipotle! We choose this chain most often when considering fast food. This particular location was terrible. We ordered ahead and first of all the order was wrong. And may I ask how does a Mexican restaurant run out of guacamole?? and run out of taco shells? and run out of the pepper and onion stir fry mix? Also, the service was very slow. The food was thrown together and not in the usual way. My son called to tell them about the order when he got home, and the person on the phone didn't care. I really like Chipotle's food. However this location is the worst. It wasn't bad when it opened a few years ago but it has really gone downhill. Often times they are out of key ingredients, including guacamole, veggies, taco shells, etc. When I order ahead online, often times they haven't started making my order at the time that it's supposed to be ready. The last time I went there, the chicken was cold. I called to complain and they couldn't care less. It really is a shame because I like Chipotle's food. This location is the worst though. Poorly managed and you're lucky if they have the ingredients that you would like in your order. Never saw anything like this before. I will be going elsewhere for my burrito fix for now on. read more

I'm absolutely appalled with this location. I've been here about 5 times in the past couple of months after 7pm for dinner, and it's terrible. Let's start with the cleanliness. There's food and trash everywhere, every time I visit. It's all over the drink counters, the tables, the floors, and outside. The trashcan outside overflows so bad there's a 3 foot piling tower of trash on top of the trashcan. What is the trash emptied once a week? They usually run low on ingredients and get extremely skimpy (bowls are literally under half filled). I'm paying extra for guacamole, why are you going to put 1/4 of a scoop when you're running low? Running low on your choice of meat? Oh well, it's late we don't feel like cooking more so let's ration it out. Maybe if you didn't start scrubbing your grill at 8:30 you could put out fresh food (you don't need to make a full pan geniuses). That's another thing, the hot food is literally COLD and tastes old whenever I've visited. My last visit, I went to go get ice. Oops, out of ice. The visit before that (20 minutes before they close), I'm told "Uhh you do KNOW that we close in 15 minutes." "Ok... are you going to kick us out or something?" "Yeah actually we will. You can eat outside." That was actually a conversation we had with an employee. After that conversation, they charged us $6 extra for I'm assuming WATER CUPS. Who's managing this place? Not up to chipotle standards. As a whole, I love chipotle but this location is subpar. They are always out of something. Yesterday it was medium salsa, chips and hard tacos. Two weeks ago no brown rice, veggies or ice. The time before that no lemon or veggie. Before that, no steak or chicken. In the last 6 months I haven't been here when they haven't been out of at least two things. For such a limited menu, it is very impactful when they are out of items. And worst of all, there are no signs ahead of time so you wait through the line to the door to find out you can only get half of what you want. I've reached out to corporate as this is the only location I have these issues with, but nothing's changed. Go to the West Chester location or Taco Maya. Won't go back. read more

I come here maybe once a week.. actually, we in writing this I am sitting in this vey chipotle. I felt the need to write this review and only give it three stars due to the fact of one employee that is/has been working here for at least a few months. A heavier set girl with tattoos and a very poor attitude. She's always here during lunch so I'm guessing she works days.. anyways, whenever I come in she is always getting an attitude with employees loudly degrading them and rolling her eyes at them as well as the customers. Just today she was making my bowl when I asked for mild pico.. she gave me the hot instead.. without me correcting her, I just asked her for the mild pico as well.. because hot doesn't bother me I just like the taste of the mild pico they have. She looked annoyed by me took a large sigh and rolled her eyes while she had to take that extra scoop... She really seems to hate her job, and just people in general. If you ever come in and see her I would either leave, or just get ready for an uncomfortable experience. Aside from that everyone else is pretty good here and the food is great. read more

I work near this Chipotle and must say this location disappoints. I stopped in on Superbowl Sunday and there was no one in the place. I waited for what seemed like 5 minutes to even be acknowledged. The kids were wiping down the counter with a dirty rag and pushing dirty food into the food station. I started to order and they barely had any food in the food bins. When the kid scooped out the beans and there was nothing but yuck, I walked out. I gave them a second chance today and I don't think I'll be back. Picture this: It's dinner rush hour and only one lady is working ("working") the burrito line while the customer line is so long it looks like it's chasing its own tail. Another guy is in the back chopping steak having just a lackadaisical good time, doing his thang--oh, you know--and some teenager who was no doubt totally sober (like, definitely sober), doing something, or pretending to do something, with the soda machine. I was fifth in line when the flood began and it took 40 minutes to get my meal. 40 minutes! I can't imagine how long it took the 20th person, or the 40th. Very likely they're still there, and wishing as I was wishing, hoping as I was hoping, praying as I was praying, to God above, that more soon than late a flaming comet screaming through space somehow collides into earth, pulverizes everyone in an instant, and ends, for once and all, the fantastic, purgatorial nightmare of those enduring the unbearable hellscape known only at this Chipotle. read more

The past few times we have placed a group order for the office for a specific pick up time, they haven't even started the order until I arrive at pick up time. When we only get a half hour for lunch, the wait basically takes up my entire lunch break. This has happened enough that we are going to West Chester from now on. read more

Guac and chips are fab! I seriously don't know how to handle one of those big a** burritos so I got a bowl w/rice and the chicken was excellent...real char-grilled chicken not the psuedo chicken crap that T-Hell passes off as chicken. I love Chipotle, but this location was disappointing. The tables weren't wiped down a single time while we were there, and there was food all over the tables, chairs, and floor. The plastic ware ran out - my husband and I nabbed the last two forks (which were probably disgusting, considering the over lack of cleanliness of the place). There was one guy making everything - I'm used to an assembly line type environment, especially when there is a long line like there was when we visited. They only had regular Tabasco sauce left - none of the Chipotle hot sauces. This location unfortunately just sort of grossed me out. Definitely will not return. read more

Went to chipotle today. Hours online and on the store sign both say 11:00am-10:00pm. Walked to the front door at 2:00 and saw a sign saying chipotle was closed for lunch due to a meeting. I understand this is Chipotle and I don't expect a 5 star dining experience but... we got to chipotle around 640 and the line was almost out the door. We noticed only 2 workers behind the counter. Within 5 minutes a few more came out from the back and put on gloves to help. They were out of guacamole, chips, fajita vegetables and lettuce. It was as if everyone working decided to take their break at the same time at dinner rush. the guy in front of me was LIVID. A cashier rung up the man in front of me who was waiting for fajita vegetables and then proceeded to leave the register to wash some bowls and put gloves on. We are standing at the register for almost 3 minutes before someone decided to ring us up, as our order was complete, before I had to let them know we had a movie to make and if we could please get cashed out. The employee actually paused and thought if he should ring us up or make more chips (line still out the door). It was the most poor service I have received in a long time. The food was delicious, per usual, but highly disappointed with the way this branch operates and will be finding a different one in the future. read more
