I've never been so disgusted in my life. The food is old here. I went around 12:45 which is considered to be lunch time right? They didn't even have carne asada and the girl told me that they're not even going to be making it. The lettuce was all old and brown and they did not even care and served me that. The girl that was putting the cheese, sour cream, etc, was soooooooo stingy. I asked for extra cheese and this girl was straight up putting small pinches of cheese and when I asked for more 2 times she kept rolling her eyes. I asked for guac... this girl barely got a quarter of a scoop and kept banging it so the "excess" would fall off. I asked her for a little bit more she barely added a quarter of a teaspoon more. There was crunchy things that didn't even belong in my food and I kept having to spit every bite out. Terrible. read more

I seriously thought about calling the GM, but decided maybe this would get their attention since I know I'm not the only one who has observed the decline of this location. I just sat back to see the dynamics of this Chipotle. Not once but this is the second time I've been to this location and they were out of white rice. I was there between. 2pm-2:40 on Sunday 9-10-2023. We got our food and only 2 other guests inside but every single table was dirty. So we cleaned a table to sit. We sat quietly and observed as the other couple left, one employee took a break in his car, another ate their lunch, another cleaned up the counter mess (given) another went and stayed in the bathroom. In the 35 minutes of no customers they all appeared to take breaks. This Chipotle is really dirty and in need of a deep clean as the floor is sticky, the grill is caked on grease, even the windows have food on it and the fact that in 35 minutes no one lifted a finger to clean up the dining area boggles my mind. I hope the GM see's this and evaluates his staff. Granted they are all young adults and probably haven't been trained sufficiently but common sense is keep your restaurant clean. It has an A score, and I wish I stopped to look at the date. I believe they can turn this location around but you have to have staff that takes pride in cleanliness and service. read more

The portions here are much smaller than all the other Chipotles I've ever been to. It's still enough for a meal, but you might not have any leftovers. Online ordering for pickup via their app is fairly easy. Too bad there is no option to put the lettuce on the side though. Tortillas now cost 25 cents to add to a bowl, so they aren't free any more. read more

The biggest issue is that they often run out of items, which I get happens but also seems to be a consistent issue. A bit frustrating since you pay a base price regardless of how much or how little you choose to add. The workers however are generally quite nice and the place is clean. read more

I'm actually not the biggest fan of Chipotle. But, I came in on a whim the other day and I have to admit, it was pretty good that day! I ordered a burrito with their new garlic guajillo steak. The portion and ingredients this day were all very fresh and the steak was cooked perfectly with no gristle (my pet peeve). The person who made my food was courteous and quick. I came with a buddy and unfortunately the only beer they had was coors light. I've seen other choices in the past. Plus, the bottled coors light we received were lukewarm. Not the best chipotle I've ever been too. I'm not usually one that will ask for extra, but the portion I got on my last burrito was pretty small compared to the portions I'm used to at the one I went to before I moved (and since its in LA county its a dollar more than SoCal which blows). But portions depend on who's making your burrito, so it's not a big deal since I've only been a couple times to this one. Parking is pretty tough with the In-n-out too. The food itself is still chipotle, so don't expect just because I put 3 stars that the food is bad. I'd put closer to 3.5 if I could since my only real complaint is that I like my burritos fat lol. read more

Wow, disappointed is an understatement! I placed a mobile order for pick up at 3:10pm. The food was ready on time but when my partner and I started eating I noticed multiple issues. First and foremost, we ordered chicken burritos and one of the burritos had about 5 little pieces of chicken. As we continued eating, I seen A HAIR in my food. GROSS! This is the new Chipotle that just opened on the hill. For all you locals it opened in relatively the same location that used to house Performance Bicycles, next to the location Burger King inhabited for many years. Though they did construct a new building that Chipotle shares with The Habit Burger Grill. It is located in the Peninsula Shopping Center that is also home to Pavilions, Petco, Starbucks, and the other shops and restaurants that make up the greater whole. There is a large parking lot so parking should never be a problem. This is a new space so it is very clean and unused. The staff is all new but they seem to understand the process. Only time can tell how well the company and this store's management will maintain this location and guide their staff. But for now, all is good. If you like the food that Chipotle serves now we have one on the hill. Check it out. read more

The portions are small, the hygiene is disgusting (dirty pans/pots, stoves, floors, and tables), food is mid, employees are extremely rude (walked away as I was talking and practically threw me my change/bag of food like they were entitled to showing everyone else they're miserable), and it's just consistently getting worse and worse. Let me preface this review with the fact that I love Chipotle. But the 2 star overall review of this location is accurate. I walk in and there's no line, yet no one addresses me for a couple minutes. I ask for a kids plate and that I don't need the tortilla and the server looks at me bewildered. I ask for them to put the rice in the larger space of the plate. I'm not asking for more rice, just to put it there. The server tells me she can't. I tell her that I've ordered this a million times and everyone is fine putting the rice there. She then proceeds to give less than half a scoop of rice there. It's friggin rice and they're already saving $$ by not having to give me tortillas and you skimp on a kid's plate rice? Even my kid was wondering why there's so little food. I ask for a cup for water and they tell me they're out. CUPS...it's still only lunch time. No offer of just giving me a regular cup for water. I know it's a chain and Chipotle's in general receive low ratings but now I understand why this location gets bad reviews.
