If I could give -1 review I would. The service of this specific location is lacking in every way. An older woman and a teenager helped out and the way that they treated us was actually horrific for this being a fast food restaurant. The lady was with an attitude and the kid just looked at you like he hated his life and was beyond lazy. The lady was being rude when I asked for extra sour cream as if I can't afford it , I didn't ask for anything free I know how service works. From the skimpy portion sizes to the horrendously butchered mobile orders, these people really don't care about your experience. Walked into Chipotle around 7:15 pm and ordered a bowl, they were out of beans so waited until they brought some out. At this point because they were rude, unfriendly and unprofessional and unpleasant I decided to leave. I will never visit this place again for the following reasons: They were rude, unpleasant and not accommodating; the cashier counter was dirty, the food prep/grill was dirty and full of containers (some were empty and some had food).
