I rarely leave negative reviews, but this restaurant has pushed my patience to the limit. Every time I've visited, they neverhave any food ready. It doesn't matter what you order--somehow it's always "not ready yet," "out," or "going to take a long time." On top of that, everything feels like an inconvenience to the staff. Simple requests are met with sighs or looks like you're asking for the impossible. There's zero urgency, zero preparation, and zero customer care. I went there today to get a Sofrito burrito for my wife and I to share. We got in line and ordered and at the end, I asked the person behind the counter to cut the burrito in half so my wife and I could split it. She said no, that she couldn't cut it. I couldn't understand the reason they couldn't accommodate this simple request. When I got to my table, I cut it in half very simply with a plastic knife. My other complaint about this place is the music. It was 1:00 in the afternoon and you would have thought we walked into a nightclub. The music was blaring so much I could hardly hear the person at the counter. When we got our food, we had to sit outside in the cold to avoid listening to the blaring music. My order was very wrong. I ordered via grubhub and the delivery came at the time it said--the order was just very wrong. Missing several toppings including guacamole on two items which is $7, my kids' meals were missing the fruit and chocolate milk I ordered and the crispy tacos I ordered turned out to be 3 indiscernible wadded together soft tacos without the guacamole and most of the toppings I also ordered. We also clearly received someone else's order in our bag because it had someone else's name entirely (sorry Connor E). The fact that I cannot speak to a person is absolutely ridiculous, this is why people keep saying good service and retail is going down the toilet because no one cares about actual customer service. Even their text/chat doesn't work because it kept saying it can't/didnt deliver the message. So I tried to call the restaurant to let them know someone lost the salt shaker into one of the bowl items and can not get through to a human for love or money...hope no one has high blood pressure because the chipotle on victory is serving salt blocks. read more

AVOID THIS TRASH!!! Order promised at 9:30. Show up at 9:59. Look at the pickup self. Not there. Tell the woman behind the counter my name. She looks around. Says we'll have it out. They then running rice TWICE. Workers were just standing around. One guy was even smoking a vape behind the counter. Loud music playing in the kitchen. They ask me what the name was as I've been standing in line for THIRTY minutes. I tell them again. They find it above the togo prep area, literally dripping. I had to ask them to make it again as it was obviously cold and soggy and not good anymore. They gave me a hard time. They run out of rice and steak. They make everyone else's order, about 30 people, and make mine literally the last thing as an after thought, and it wasn't what ordered as they ran out of steak. I was this place (not a restaurant) for two very an hour...AND THEY STILL MESSED IT UP! No apology. No nothing. This is easily the worst experience I've had EVER eating out. I should've reviewed this particular Chipotle's and ran the other way but I wanted a burrito, they were the closest location and their corn and guacamole was on my mind. The order was missing items, the bowl and burrito were both skimp and just thrown together. What I get always fills the bowl up and I received a half of a bowl. No chips in the bag, the food was cold and it didn't take that long to get to me so I know that it was probably old. I definitely won't be coming back to this location unless I physically go in and watch them make my food. Out of the locations in savannah this is the worst! Today I was rewarded a free guacamole offer for my Birthday from Chipotle so I thought why not. I proceeded to order a El pastor chicken burrito bowl with my free guacamole offer with a side of chips and queso at 4:10pm. As I arrived I retrieved my order and looked inside my bag to verify my items were in my bag, which they were. Once I got home I read the alleged ingredients that were on the label of my burrito bowl which was correct but, once I removed the lid I noticed I didn't receive my guacamole and a smaller than normal portion of chicken. The pan was full of vegetables. It got pretty uncomfortable with his arguing over a simple request. It's frightful to think a person like this is in a customer service or leadership role. I've been going to Chipotle Mexican Grill for years. Ive visited this location a few times. This time I Ordered food to Go. The service was fast and the servers friendly. The dining area was clean. They have a large outside patio area. I always order the same thing, A sofritas bowl. I order it to go even if I'm going to eat at the restaurant. The sofritas bowl is much too large to eat in one sitting and this way I can just put the lid on and take it with me. I love that chipotle uses paper bowls and aluminum lids, no plastic! Sofritas (vegan meat alternative), black beans, rice, pico, corn, guacamole, and lettuce. Yum! read more

While waiting for food, a male crew member who had the only card to check customers out went outside for 10 minutes (im guessing on an unauthorized break.) After returning, he started yelling a a woman behind the line serving customers for asking where he was at. The line was backed up 3/4ths way to the door. In addition, they were out of chicken and steak due to this same man who makes the protein not working. He was loudly yelling profanity towards his coworker. I definitely witnessed all other workers trying hard to pick up his slack. It made me uncomfortable to hear him yelling even with his yelling, he will "still have a job".
