I've been to a number of Chipotle restaurants and for us, this one was really good. There was a line of 10 people when we walked in, it moved along quickly. I had a bowl with sofritas, brown rice, black beans, hot salsa, guacamole and lettuce. Everything was fresh & delicious. My son had a similar bowl but had the chicken Pasteur instead. My wife and I enjoyed a relaxing lunch here today. The young lady putting our food together was fast, friendly, and portioned the food perfectly. I had steak tacos that were fresh and filling. My wife enjoyed her perfectly prepared bowl topped with extra sour cream. We also got the chips with queso to round out the meal. The store was clean and comfortable. Placed an order online but could not get my birthday reward for a free guacamole to add so I asked once I got to the store. The young girl asked me to scan the birthday reward from my phone but then told me I couldn't use the reward because it didn't meet the minimum purchase requirement. I had placed a $25 online order. She said it didn't matter because that was an online order and if I wanted the free guacamole I would have to go back through the line and spend at least $5 to get my reward. Needless to say, I handed the guacamole back and said you can keep it. Once I returned home and checked my rewards the free guacamole was gone so I ended up losing the reward all together. This is the worst Chipotle location I've ever personally experienced. It is worth your time and energy to just avoid it entirely and go to another location. The staff is clueless, I can't imagine how horrible management is. They are not keeping up with quantities and stocking at all, using the app is pointless. You will essentially just be given some random order, then they will refuse to refund you. The aggressive ignorance is the worst part. To actively do a poor job. I've been refused a refund numerous times, when I was not able to obtain what I was paying for. Usually I try to side with service workers, but this group is from some bizarro universe. When/if the food is actually available, it's of standard quality. But that is a rare occurrence. It's mind blowing how someone can be reading from a sheet of paper inches from their face and still somehow not be able to put the correct 6 or 7 ingredients into a bowl. Again, do not go here. Gave this location another chance since I got a gift card for my birthday and yet again, I am disappointed and angry at this point. I got two bowls, both with double meat. One looks like half of it was scooped out! When trying to call the location to rectify the situation, it rings twice and goes to voicemail. Total was $27.50 for two bowls. That's it. Never again. Edit: my husband took the food back for a refund and they said corporate wouldn't allow them to give my money back BECAUSE THEYVE HAD TOO MANY REFUNDS. Imagine that! Had the bad experience of choosing Chipotle 4 days ago. It has taken me this long to decide to post but the food was just so bad. My husband & I met for dine in dinner. My bowl was practically uneatable. First, the pinto beans were a large glob of dry overcooked beans. I asked if they had anymore in the back and was told no. The chicken was clearly not cooked over any kind of charred heat. It appeared to be boiled first and slapped on a flat top. Moving along the guacamole was a very thick dark forest green and although edible and the chips could not scoop it. Then the sour cream was runny like water had been added to stretch it but the worst was it had an off putting tang like not fresh. Worst lunch experience in decades for our family. We stopped in after church today, we will not return! There was no sour cream, fajita veggies, or corn. Did they not know anyone would be stopping in for lunch? The chicken was so over cooked it was nearly unrecognizable. Our order of chips consisted a few whole chips...mostly greasy crumbs (see photo...that was the exact portion, we didn't even eat one). The atmosphere/actions of the employees was as if they were a group of children who were acting up when the teacher stepped out of the room. They were loud, rude, using their phones, laughing amongst themselves as if the customers weren't there & a priority. They had no shame in making an announcement to the patrons waiting in line that there was no corn or sour cream. Some people left...we should have too! This by far is one of my favorite Chipotle locations to pick up lunch. They are fairly consistent with the food-making and the service is friendly and prompt. My fave go-to Chipotle meal option is the Steak Bowl. I have it loaded up with fresh ingredients and TADA... my tummy is instantly happy. I will warn you that this location gets rather busy during the lunch hour rush, but they will get you through the line in no-time. Ordered salad with guacamole and a burrito bowl for delivery. Bowl was cold, and the guac was so salty that two bites in and I couldn't handle it. Called and was told they'd deliver a replacement. An hour later, it didn't arrive, and my phone call was sent to voicemail. I drove to the store, which only had two customers and employees were standing around. The person I spoke with on the phone about my order refused to come out to answer my question about where my meals were...she sent an underling to do so. He seemed apologetic about it, but was unable to answer any questions about where my meals were. They made new dishes for me, and I drove back the 3 miles to my place. Pulled out the meals...and the meat was again cold in the bowl and salad. Tried calling again, only to have it go to voice mail one more time. I'm tired of dealing with them. Will not order from there again. Heck...Taco Bell, while not real Mexican, is at least hot and uses much less salt. I have CHF and HBP...the salt has my BP increased at the moment, and I know my feet are going to swell so bad that I'll have issues walking tomorrow Again...save your money and eat elsewhere. Service was fast but the portions are unbelievably small for how much they charge. "Double meat" seems to mean that you'll only get 3-4 ounces of whatever protein you want at their up charge. Gone here several times and always had okay service, however the last time was one of the worst experiences we've had at a chipotle and will probably not return to this location. They were sold out of half of their proteins, which I understand due to current shortages, but also the rest of the items available tasted off and the rice was hard and dry. I have been to this Chipotle twice, and today was my 3rd and last visit. There was 7 people in line to order their entrees, 1 guy running the line making these entrees, 1 cashier and about 3 people chit chatting in the back (visible to customers)! The same guy making the entrees was also filling the empty food on the line! There was a stack of about 10-12 empty food bins from the line stacked on the counter behind the food line ... visible to customers. 3 more employees clocked in while I was waiting in line t order, now 6 people in the back. When it was my turn to order, I noticed the fajita vegetable bin empty, (had dried veggies stuck to the sides) so I asked if there were more. I was told "we are out!". Every time I've been to this location they've NEVER had veggies or "we're out!". Sounds like management needs to order more! Unfortunately I won't give this location another thought being you can have 6 people in the back, not helping the long line, plus the now 6-8 more people behind me still needing to order! Went in this establishment on 10/2/22 around 7pm. There was about 7 customers ahead of me in line. There was one person making the patrons bowls and burritos. First of all this young man never changed his gloves touching food items and empty pans, also opening and closing microwave. Picking up pen to write on top of containers. One I reached to the front of line I asked him to change his gloves. The lettuce weren't shredded the chicken was spicy. This place was short of staff and the bowls were horribly made .
