I joined the Joint Chiropractic on May the 8th due to extreme low back pain and stiffness in my…read moreneck. I am a disabled vet with degenerative disc in L4 and L5 and sciatica. My first adjustment was with Dr. "B". To be honest I was hurting more after the visit than before I walked in . He did not real adjustment just jerked my neck and back hoping he was doing something. I left thinking well maybe I would feel better the next day but it was much worse. I went back the next week and Dr. "B" was the only ciropractor on duty and got the same results. On my visit the following week I asked the young lady at the desk could I look to see who was in the back and she said yes and when I did I saw Dr. "B" and another Dr. I told the receptonist I would wait for the other Dr. He was on the first table when you walk back. He was awesome took his time actually made some adjustments and I felt great when I was leaving. The next three weeks when I went in Dr. B was the only one on duty so I left without treatment. This Monday the 22nd I received a text from the Clinic stating I had missed the past 3 weeks and should come in for a treatment. I didnt miss I just didn't want to be treated by Dr. B. Today I was driving home and stopped and unfortunatly he was the only one on duty so I gave it one more try. He adjusted my neck then started to adjust my back and put all of his weight (not a small man) on one spot in my upper back and I swear I almost passed out from the pain. I got up and told him I was done and that he was the reason I had not used my visits the past three weeks and his response to me was he was off on Thursday and I should come back then. Thats GREAT customer service let me tell you!. I asked the nice young lady at the desk for the manager contact information and I was given an email address which I emailed and asked for a call back. That was over 3 hours ago. Other than the receptionist and the other Dr the customer service is terrible. Is a numbers game, how many patients can they run through there a day. If you go DO NOT USE DR. B he is the one that uses the last table towards the restroom. Make sense why hes last.
