    Dr. Vascura is very good at explaining everything and helping with my problems. Office staff very helpful too. Recommend him to all.

    I have been seeing Vascura since 2007. I am a disabled senior citizen. Over the course of my…read moretreatments, as Vascura stated many times " call if you need treatment". I would do that and receive an appointment with-in 3 to 4 days after I called. As time past I was seeking less and less treatment. My condition has worsted over the years, which is expected. In the latter part of 2020 my appointments were scheduled 2 weeks after I called. Than my appointments were made 3 weeks after I called. This continued until April of 2022. I called his office for an appointment. I had awaken one early morning with excruciating pain in my lower back. I believe my appointment was set for a week away. After a day passed, I called again.Vascura always said, " call and we'll get you in here for treatment" I was granted an appointment much sooner. At my appointment I requested additional treatments, pain clinic intervention an mri and consultation on possible surgery. The Bureau of Workers Compensation granted my request for treatment. I received mailed copies of the forms used granting treatment. In the second week of May. After a week and a half I called Vascura's office inquiring about treatment. I was told the office did not have the proper paperwork. The following week my wife called and was told the same. The denial of receiving the forms last over 4 weeks. I then called my case worker. The following day I received a telephone call asking if I could come in for treatment. During this treatmen, Vascura informed that they "just received the forms". When I called my case worker she said that the forms had been faxed to Vascura's office at the time I received my copies which was the second week of May. The office set my appointments 1 to 2 weeks apart in the future . By the middle of July I received my last treatment. After the treatment I request additional treatments, an mri, pain clinic intervention and consultation for possible surgery. Vascura choose at that time to deny me the requests I made. Vascura denied me solely by ignoring my request. He did not send requests in my name to the bureau. I was not told by Vascura as to why he no longer wanted to treat me. I have rarely missed an appointment and I was rarely late. I was always polite. I was always clean and dressed well. I have always treated his employees with respect. i spent several weeks working with workers comp. I requested another chiropractor which was finally settled in middle Oct. As of now because of lifestyle I will not be able to receive additional treatments an mri, pain clinic intervention or consultation until February. I have filed a complaint with the Ohio Board of Chiropracti. I am waiting on their response. If I could rate a minus 4 I would.
