All I know is that I was afraid to go unless for an injury and then I would go a few times, heal a bit, and not go again until I was hurt. Well, I met Dr. Paul and that all changed. He made some great points about how I take great care of my teeth, why don't I take care of my spine? (he said a lot more than that but that really stuck with me) Hmm made me think a bit and then I signed up for regular adjustments with Dr. Paul. I only get one spine, might as well do everything that I can to keep it healthy. I have been a patient for about 5 months now and I can tell you that I feel absolutely great. I get my adjustments and do my exercises when I remember. I have recently started running again and doing strength training. I can tell you that my recovery from workouts is way better compared to before I went to the chiro. I have more energy. I am sleeping better. I no longer get tingling hands while sleeping. I no longer have hip pain. My shoulders aren't at tight and sore at end of day. I feel taller - even though I know I am still a short 5'3. So - hear it from me, take care of yourself! Not only will you reap the benefits now, you will reap them your entire life. I wish that I would have started sooner. There is a little bit of "work" that needs to be undone, but it's not as bad as it could have been 5 years from now.

Should've left a review a long time ago but I've been seeing Dr. B for about a year and a half now…read more I first went here when I had a neck spasm that left me not able to turn one way or the other without searing pain right before a powerlifting meet last winter. I visited three times and was 100% after a couple weeks. I visited on and off for full adjustments and always felt more mobile every time. Since visiting back from Atlanta, I had inconsistent back tightness and hip pain while traveling. I started coming back in the Spring and Summer and I've never felt better. Dr. B is easily the best chiropractor I've seen and he'll consistently work with and develop movement patterns specific to what may have caused the pain to begin with. He's really good at pinpointing imbalances, asymmetries, and exposing underlying issues as well. He offers great ideas for stretches and exercises to try to keep you 100% even if not consistently stopping in for an appointment. He even stopped in for a seminar for UWL students at one of our Barbell Club meetings in 2019 where he gave advice for warm up mobility work in weight lifting. Him and his wife were so welcoming and wonderful! Dr. Bakken was able to find my pain points right away and adjusted me!
