If you're remotely thinking about getting chiropractic services for pregnancy, look no further! Dr. Anne is amazing and will take good care of you (or your wife in my case). My wife has had back issues even before pregnancy. However, with pregnancy, she was experiencing bad back pain even from before 20 weeks pregnant. I knew we needed to do something because it would only get worse. We asked a friend of ours who had a similar issue with her back and her recommendation was to find a chiropractor who specialized in pregnancies. Unfortunately, her chiropractor was way too far for us. I took a look on Yelp and found Dr. Anne with a flawless track record. 5/5 stars and many reviews to back it up. I read through a good amount of them and knew I wanted my wife to come here. I called and the receptionist was very friendly and answered some questions that I had upfront. After a day or two of considering whether or not we wanted to go down this path, we decided that it was worth the investment to see Dr. Anne. Granted, seeing her will probably not be covered under your insurance and it is not cheap, but so worth it. My wife has been seeing her since right around week 20 and has been coming every other week. She is always so relaxed and feels so much better after an adjustment with Dr. Anne. Here's a tip... make sure you can have time to take a nap afterwards because my wife always feels so relaxed and tired after her session! I've been here 4 times now, and I can say with confidence that my only regret is not coming sooner! I came here with some minor discomforts that I didn't realize were really getting in the way of my daily life until they went away and how I move around drastically improved. I truly didn't know that something could be done about that strong pressure/pain deep in the pelvis area, and I thought I was doomed to never putting weight on my left wrist for the rest of this pregnancy. Now, I can move around and do yoga like normal, well as close to normal given the extra 30lbs Not only do I feel better physically, I also just love coming to the office to see Dr. Anne, who is always such a delight, explaining what's going on during treatment and happy to answer any questions. Dr. Anne is super passionate about making babies and pregnant women the healthiest and most comfortable that they can be. You can tell that she enjoys what she does and she's amazing at it too! I was first referred to Dr. Anne in 2019 for my 2-month-old's torticollis since he could only turn his neck to the right side. During our visits, she gave me valuable tips on nursing when we mentioned that my baby had lip and tongue-tie revisions. She was very thoughtful and lent me a spare room to nurse my baby following his adjustment, though we were welcome to nurse anywhere else in her establishment. I saw Dr. Anne again for my second pregnancy when I was breech at 34 weeks. After two sessions and the spinning babies program, to my amazement, my baby flipped! Dr. Anne had helped me so much with my pregnancy. She helped me with the pain I was having in my leg that was making me feel like I needed to continually lift my leg to get up and just move around. Since it felt like dead weight and was hurting a lot every time I would try to do move around or do anything. Dr. Anne was god sent for me. During my pregnancy I started having really bad hip pain and sciatica pain. It got so bad I was unable to sleep. I found Dr. Anne and gave it a try. After just two sessions with her my symptoms improved and my sleep was better. I started feeling like I could finally move around and continue functioning as usual. As my wife is nearing our due date for baby, she started to experience sciatic pain, which led to her not being able lift her knee or walk without assistance. I have been a patient of Dr. Lundquist since 2021. She treated me during pregnancy and postpartum. I'm currently being seen as a postpartum patient after having my second baby. My back/hip pain has reduced significantly and my mobility has increased. She also treated both of my infants. The treatment for infants is extremely gentle and effective. Dr. Anne is heaven sent! I was told at 36 weeks that my baby was in a breach position, I had tried everything I could at home to try to turn him but nothing was working. I looked into chiropractor and saw she had amazing reviews and since I only lived about 15 minutes away from her office I thought I'd give it a try. The same day i called I got an appointment with her. I only had one week for him to turn or else they were going to schedule a c-section which I was trying to prevent. I went in everyday for a week, she taught my husband and I different activities to do at home as well. Even on her day off she went out of her way to see me! The day of my ECV procedure I went into the hospital with the mindset that I might just have a c-section and while doing an ultrasound the doctor confirmed baby was officially head down! This review is 6 years overdue. I went to Dr. Anne during my first pregnancy with my daughter, who will have my 6th birthday in August. YIKES. People laughed and joked that you can't do chiropractic while pregnant. What they don't know is Dr. Anne uses different techniques than what a typical chiropractic appointment might look like. I trusted her and felt like she cared. I have now gone to Dr. Anne through all of my pregnancies and have even brought my newborns for appointments. Great facility, staff and environment! I had never been to the chiropractor before. For my first pregnancy, I did acupuncture in pregnancy and worked out regularly. After delivery, I had hip issues and I searched high and low for relief. I went through pelvic PT, visceral PT, alignment therapy, saw a traditional osteopath, all without lasting relief. I had finally reached 80% relief on a regular basis when I became pregnant again. My pain increased early on and I knew I had to do something. My cousin suggested I try chiropractic and I went to Anne. I felt immediate relief in my hips with the first visit! I had some headaches after the first few visits but that has gone away (and this can happen as a side effect for some people). Otherwise, I am so grateful to Anne and her expert knowledge in chiropractic for pregnancy. She is a wealth of knowledge and really has helped me this time around. In my 3rd trimester of pregnancy, I learned that my baby was frank breach and my OB didn't seem very optimistic that he was going to turn. I didn't want to have a csection and was looking for ways to get the baby to flip. After reaching out to some local moms on a community Facebook group, Anne came highly recommended. This was my first time seeing a chiropractor and Anne explained things very thoroughly and was very transparent. She genuinely cared about me as a patient and worked with me on several exercises to do at home to help my baby turn. After about 3 visits, my baby flipped head down! At 39 weeks, I started to experience prodromal labor. I spent 2 full nights having painful contractions that would fade by the morning. I was running on no sleep and was ready to get this baby OUT! I decided to reach out to Anne again to see if there was anything she could do to help induce labor. It was Saturday afternoon and her office had already closed for the day, but Anne graciously offered to see me. Although she told me she couldn't guarantee that she could induce labor, she did some work to help encourage the baby to move. She also spent a lot of time working with my husband and me by giving us positions to help work through the contractions. Well, about an hour after my appointment, I was in the hospital 7 centimeters dilated and pushed the baby out 3 hours later! I really can't say enough great things about Anne and her practice. at 7 months pregnant i got horrible pain in my tailbone which made it almost impossible for me to sit, move or even walk without excruciating pain. Dr. Lundquist is truly a miracle worker not just with her hands but also with her heart. Pregnancy can be overwhelming especially when you have complications and in my case, I had a transverse baby at 37weeks. Having nowhere to find answers from or help navigate through this was frustrating, and my OBGYN wasted no time to schedule a C-section right away, so I was even more exasperated cause I wanted to deliver vaginally. But Dr. Lundquist really took her time acknowledging my anxiety and shared her experience & knowledge with me. It was an immense relief to feel listened to and cared for. I received adjustments four times and decided to get the ECV procedure, Dr. Lundquist was very supportive and gave me further instructions & educated me with what to expect with the procedure. Something even my own OBGYN didn't do btw. I was very nervous going into receiving the procedure but the OBGYN turned the baby in 2 seconds and all the staff was amazed how quickly and smoothly the procedure went. I found Dr. Anne when I was frantically looking for some prenatal chiropractor after finding out my baby was breeched at 37 weeks. Dr. Anne spoke so kindly over the phone and saw me that day! I had 7 visits with Dr. Anne prior to my ECV. Baby didn't turn prior to the ECV but my OBGYN turned the baby within one minute! I did see Dr. Anne one last time on the morning of my ECV to get adjusted. It must've helped - she helped enlarge the uterus for a smooth turn and continually encouraged me to keep up with the spinning baby exercises. She even taught my husband how to help me with the exercises so we could do them properly at home. My labor and delivery was also extremely smooth, possibly because of seeing Dr. Anne - it took half the time compared to my first child - it took only 9 hours and 4 pushes, and the contractions didn't even feel too painful!
