The care I've gotten has also realigned a body that had gotten really unbalanced after years of pain-compensating. I also enjoy the healing environment there, the friendly staff, the ever-changing soothing music, and not that I ever have to wait, but if so there's a wonderful foot massager, which I sometimes use after a treatment. The sciatic pain affected my ability to function in daily activities and especially at night. I knew I needed to see someone about it to get some relief from the pain. I decided to see a chiropractor since I did not want to have surgery or take drugs which would've been my last resort. I went to see Dr. Todd Whittemore at Stow Chiropractic to treat my sciatic pain. He performed tests such as an X-ray and EMG scan to determine what was causing the pain, assess my condition, and get to the root cause. With these tests, he was able to devise a personalize action plan to treat my sciatic pain and back. When I started the treatments, I was feeling much better. My pain level was no longer excruciating and I finally felt relief and improved each time I saw him. I am able to sleep better at night, function better during the day with more energy. Previously, I went to another chiropractor near my home in Sudbury, MA before I saw Dr. Todd Whittemore at Stow Chiropractic. The previous chiropractor was not effective in addressing my sciatic pain and I felt worse than when I started.
