Do not use this service. The cleaner didn't do half of what was agreed on in the quote. We had an emergency and had to go to the hospital and left the cleaner in the house, came back an hour later and she was gone but was told she was here for an hour and fifteen. Didn't look like she did anything. Received bill for 34 dollars and demanded payment in 7 days. I paid in 10 days and she added 30% late fee of $10, which is illegal and the charges are no where to be found on any of the emails/paperwork/agreement. Owner couldn't give an exact list of what the cleaner did but she did throw out the tray that was under the toilet plunger and left the plunger on the floor. Seems dumb. She has good reviews on her facebook which are clearly all either paid for or friends because I can't be the only person who had problems with this owner. She's not even on any lists of cleaners in Ingersoll nor a member of the BBB. Not sure if this is a front for some other kind of business but they don't want to clean or maybe only if your house is in a Disney movie and the birds and mice do the work while they sing and whistle. read more
