They also cleared up any misconceptions I had about the bankruptcy process. I thought that my filing of bankruptcy would result in me being blackballed but it is quite the opposite. It is seeking out help from a situation that I felt overwhelmed in and could not financially dig myself out of. I personally had to file a chapter 13 so I could manage my debt and they made sure I had an adequate opportunity to follow the courts instructions by following up with me. They not only educated me during the bankruptcy process, they also helped me gain back some dignity and control of my financial situation. Kept me waiting 45 minutes after our appointment. His secretary called and asked when he would be…read moreback. He said he was 20 minutes out (yeah, he was on speaker phone). He did not arrive for 45 minutes. When he arrived, he did not apologize for being late. He told me he could not help me, and I would have to go to Minnesota, because I could not file in Oklahoma. Funny thing though.... I already had a contract (I had not yet signed) with another Oklahoma attorney. So, I KNEW I could file in Oklahoma. I was just looking for a less expensive attorney. I guess you get what you pay for. Chris Mudd has no idea what he is doing. He is rude, and inconsiderate of his client's time. Avoid Chris Mudd at all costs.

They didn't add…read moremedical debt, correct medical insurance amounts to our Chapter 13 bankruptcy making our payments much higher and when we had to do a modification, it cost us $750 more dollars than the already $3,300. And we need to do another modification due to medical insurance and homeowners insurance going up again! But the stress of the paralegal not listening to us and forgetting to mail, email or call back is SO stressful!!! Julie should NOT be allowed on Chapter 13 cases!!! :( And our mortgage company shows us in arrears and when I ask the attorney, they can't help! Every time we call we wait and wait and wait! Usually calling back several times! When I put to the attention of Anne Mudd, I finally get a response within 2 days. But Julie is still there .asking horidous mistakes!! I'm sick! Literally sick of this horrible experience!!!!!
