My saucy porky torta was kind of a mess to eat but it's worth the mess. The salsas that come are excellent and quite hot. Maybe addictively so. I'd definitely go back on a subsequent trip to CDMX.

It already came with avocados and some type of chilis which I hope are not too hot for me. Service was fast even though they were busy. There was one dedicated person helping customers who did not want to dine in, and just came by to pick something up to take out. I saw the reviews about this place, and I just had to come and see what it's all about. Here they have fruit drinks of every shape and size, and they're all prepared right in front of you. I had tried Mamay last year and I loved it, and lucky for me the Mamay fruit drink is something that they offer here. They prepare it with agua or leche, and I chose the leche option just because I thought that it would taste better. The person who helped me Maria Eugenia makes this place great. She prepared an entire pitcher full of the Maay fruit drink for me, not just the glass. I also ordered a small fruit plate which consisted of papaya, pina, sandia, melón, and plantain. The frutaria is a large space and there are plenty of seating options. It is a really cool place in el centro.
