Chocolate fudge, peanut butter fudge sticks, arrancini, and Mt Ranier Truffles
    Richa T.

This place was just a okay. I wanted to give this place 3 stars. However, being forced to buy bigger quantities than I wanted was a huge downside. That made me knock off a star. Plus the lack of seating for the amount you're paying was a huge downside Basically, the sell fudge and chocolate by the weight (except for truffles). Unfortunately, the fudge is packed in this plastic box and they cannot give a smaller size. One box weighs about 0.5 lbs and will run you maybe $10. The worst part is that the fudge stuck the plastic container. As for the chocolates, they only sold the pieces in the bundles that it came with. So, for the arrancini (chocolate covered candied Orange peal), I had to have a pile of 15-20. Three for the Mount Rainer chocolates, and two for the peanut butter bars. Basically a tourist trap area and I would not come back here. IG: @QueenOfAdventureNYC

Some of the ice cream flavors.

I was in the area and stopped by for a quick treat after seeing they had Maui Waui sherbet. I had always wanted to try Cascade ice cream, especially the Maui Waui flavor just because I'm a huge sherbet fan. It's hard to find sherbet around here so I was stoked this place had it. They also carry a wide selection of Snoqualmie ice cream, though its a little bit pricey. It was super busy when I came around 7, but it was also a nice day. They only had one worker, and he told us he decided to keep it open a little longer than their normal hours due to the nice weather. It took a little while to get served just due to the business, but I appreciate the worker working hard and being kind to costumers. For the sherbet it was super good and refreshing, though it's not made by them just a brand they carry. I haven't tried any of their homemade treats, but id recommend stopping by sometime to try their selection of goodies.

faith is the sweetest ever and crafts some bomb ass drinks, the service is so great and the shop has an amazing vibe!!! 10/10 i wish i could give it 6 stars!!!! great price for pike!!

    Misleading singnage

Rip off!!! Basically 1 scoop of ice cream for 6$ wasn't even generous scoop at that. I realize this tourist central but also surprised due to confusing signage. 1 star because the singage was very misleading. I ordered 2 scoops in a cup. Register total was 6$ something Based off the sign in the picture I was really confused. When I walked out I only had 1 scoop of ice cream. Then figured out the actual pricing...too late. Just keep walking don't stop.

    Lots of options

We were in Pike place and stopped here for ice cream. They carry a good selection of Snoqualmie ice cream, and we got Praline Pecan, and Vanilla with Chocolate sauce (they were out of hot Fudge). We enjoyed both the flavors of ice cream we got. We also got a takeout container of Chocolate Fudge.

There is nothing interesting here. Maybe if it was a hot day in Summer, I might be enticed to get some ice cream. But really, besides ice cream and maybe some coffee/shakes, there is nothing much to get. It reminded me of a small convenience tourist shop with some souvenirs, chocolates, candies and ice cream.

a variety of ice cream cones

Looking for an ice cream option in Pike Pl, you might end up here just like us. Many flavors, but unreasonable charges - $5/$6 for a scoop? too much! . Service is good. The girl at the shop was friendly with everyone. It's a busy place. Not just ice creams, they have souvenirs, t-shirts, chocolates etc as well.

    Pumpkin truffles

I wasn't impressed by the pumpkin truffle I purchased. The ice cream is Dreyers. I was expecting homemade ice cream not something I can buy at any grocery store.

I highly recommend the caramel and chocolate covered pretzels!

They mostly do Mexican-style hot chocolates, made with all natural ingredients. The menu has a large variety of drinks to choose from. I'll admit, the prices are kinda high but for the unique product you're getting, I can understand. Also, I will warn you, many of the drinks have ground-up ingredients mixed in, so you might be chewing a bit on them as you drink, but I think that adds to the authenticity. It's part of the experience. I discovered Rey Amargo a couple years ago when I was walking around Cap Hill and they were offering samples on the sidewalk. It was the cardamom hot chocolate... at first taste, I knew I'd never forget this drink, and had to return to this place. The Spicy Mexican Mocha is another of my favorites. Smooth, a little smoky, a spicy background, and just enough coffee. If you ever stop at the café, the beverages are served in simple yet classy tall mugs. It's nice to just sit and sip while I stare out the window and let my mind escape.

We loved the Xocolatl; it is 100% Mexican cacao blended in water that looks like a warm chocolate soup, and comes with a chili, vanilla syrup, cinnamon and pepper that you can put in yourself depending on how much you want. It was very interesting, bitter, spicy, and complex, not sweet at all! It also made the perfect dipping sauce for the churros, which were deliciously crunchy with generous cinnamon and sugar. We shared an iced mint flavored Mexican hot chocolate as well, which was refreshing and perfectly balanced. This little hot chocolate cafe is well worth the street parking! I highly recommend stopping by to try both familiar and unique flavors at a great price.

We were there at opening, and ordere the grilled cheese which comes with tomato soup, crème brûlée and I had th hot chocolate. The sandwich was good, although I would have liked a slice more cheese. The soup was really amazing. I don't often like tomato soup but this was the exception. Chunks of tomato and a full flavor without a lot of spices. The crème brûlée was warmed and freshly caramelized on top. This is not made in advance and just refrigerated which seems to be more common these days. The hot chocolate hit the spot! Options for no -dairy alternatives were offered which I almost forgot to ask. Liked the atmosphere, spacious and high ceilings. The staff was very friendly and nice. They had a rush when they opened and didn't seem unusual for them. The candied orange was a nice touch.

They brought out the wines one at a time- describing each one in detail, even pointing out which were their favorites. The service was very personable, which is something I don't always get at other places that do wine tastings. The chocolates were melt in your mouth, with unique flavors, making it extra fun.
