I ended up with an iced oat milk latte with cardamom and it was incredible. They serve their to-go iced drinks in mason jars, keeping with the zero-waste ideology. My husband and I split a vegan breakfast burrito which was tasty, well-seasoned, and large! Sunshine is located in the civic center, a great location just a few blocks outside of the main downtown area. I appreciated their quiet and welcoming vibes. Because a LOCAL small business owner was denied booth rental because a small number of items offered are not Wyoming based (a larger number of items are) and are marked accordingly. This business has potential to draw in customers, supporting itself, and other booths. My suspicion from conversation with other small business owners, is that there was more to being denied booth rental than what was disclosed.

She loaded me up with a cutter and matches at no charge so that she was sure that I was able to smoke them, and put everything in a cool little bag in case the match box opened up. These sound simple, but I don't think I've ever had a tobacconist give me a cutter at no charge, and even matches seem hard to come by at a lot of places. And the little bag reminds you of something you would have gotten years ago at an old dime or general store. Some time simple things are the most memorable.
