I absolutely loved Chocolate House. I had the lotus cheesecake & OMG!!!!! It was sooooooo good. Visited Chocolate House late on a Sunday night and it was packed! Once you step in the smell of deliciousness hits you! They have a big menu with lots of options. Even though it was very busy, the line went pretty fast. It was loud and all the tables were taken inside. I ordered a Lotus cheesecake to go. It came out super fast. Their cheesecake is made in their warehouse so they just add the toppings to ordered. It was about $11 which is definitely pricey. We love chocolate and when we heard this was opening near us we had to try is this past weekend! It is located in a small shopping center with parking available. Inside there are several tables up to seating for 4. There was a long line when we entered. Based on the customers in the establishment, it is Halal which is definitely appealing. After ordering at the counter, they give you a buzzer that will alert you it is ready for pickup. It was certainly busy on a Saturday night. They have an extensive menu of crepes, waffles, shakes, and ice cream. There is a chocolate fountain but wasn't operating on this day. We ordered our desserts to go and they didn't disappoint! It was delicious. We didn't finish them so we saved it for the next day and it was even better! The Kinder Delight crepe was really good but it was drowning in sauce (we didn't mind!). Just standing there wondering if they forgot about the order. The customer service was honestly the worst I've experienced at any dessert place. Staff seemed disorganized, uninterested, and had zero urgency. No accountability, no effort to fix the situation, no basic courtesy. If you value your time , I would avoid this place.
