Janice has done amazing things with my back and most of the cost of her sessions are covered by my health insurance. She can work out any stiffness of the muscle fascia and really knows her stuff; so much so that when my back problem was more serious, she was the one that picked it up. My GP was not convinced that the problem was serious, but on Janice's advice I pushed for the referral and the orthopaedic surgeon MRI-ed me and she was right - I needed surgery. I will be endlessly grateful for her help in getting my problem sorted and would highly recommend her to anyone as an intuitive yet practical therapist who looks at the WHOLE picture and really takes her time to give her clients the best service possible. She cares so much that she even followed up with me by phone and email to see where things were at. She's just lovely.

I called the day before and booked for 8:30 AM on a Saturday morning. My therapist was a young guy named Red, a doctor in massage therapy and acupuncture from China. He was AMAZING!!! I had no idea my head could be massaged like that!! It hurt so good! Red has very advanced, graduate degree massage technique. You should absolutely ask for him. He suggested acupuncture to increase blood flow to my brain, and I absolutely trusted him to do it. I wish I could go to him regularly, but alas! He is very talented and well-studied. At 60 NZD (about $40 USD) for 60 minutes, the massage is a STEAL. The acupuncture was an additional $45 NZD ($30 USD) which I gladly paid up with a generous tip. We also got to talking and Red has done a lot of hiking. My brother happened to be in China at the exact same time so Red made me a map of where to visit. Wonderful massage.
