If I could give these people a -10, I absolutely would. I took my daughter who is 16 yrs old with her baby to get a paternity DNA test on Friday October 31 with the supposed father of the baby. We paid $207 to these scammers with the promise that the results will be in 3 to 5 business days. Oh yes, and they request a tip when you pay for the DNA test online, which is extremely tacky. This is not a bar where we are receiving complementary drinks ! That should've been an immediate red flag, but we chose to overlook it. I called on Monday November 3 to follow up on the results. They tried to charge me an additional $300 so I could get the results by Wednesday. Of course we did not pay that and decided to wait it out until the fifth business day. Today is the sixth business day and not only are the results not in but they have not been picking up our calls. We were promised by their staff initially, the results were going to be emailed on Thursday, November 6th and ofc that never happened. According to their staff, the contracted Anytime Lab facility that they use stated the results were ready. Fast-forward to today, Nov. 7th and no results and no call back from their supposed manager Alyson whom I've left voicemails for. I've called numerous amounts of times and they continue to forward our calls to voicemail. Not to mention, I've been hung up on by Brianna and Brandon on November 6, allegedly by accident. These people are scammers and run from them! They take advantage of people's desperation and try to extort as much money as they can. They could care less if you receive the results or not and how it's impacting your child or your family. I plan to escalate this as far as I can, and to also notify their alleged accrediting bodies listed on their websites as well as already having filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. As a healthcare professional, and the critical care field for 20 years, these people are unethical and their treatment of the public is unacceptable! read more

Waste of money & time. I bought a choice DNA test through Walmart Lab & FedEx shipping was included $110. They were in FedEx hands on February 5th, 2024 I have not heard anything back from this company with any results. I will have to purchase another test from another company since it seems like this company just taking people's money. read more

HORRIBLE COMPANY I got testing done on myself and my child, they sent the results to her sperm donor who has NO LEGAL RIGHTS to her medical information as he isn't the legal father. Run as far from this company as you can. They will take your money, mess up your appointment, the lab you go to will demand more money in cash even though you already paid them, and you'll have to redo all your results. They will violate HIPPA and their own privacy policy. Worst company ever. read more

It is false advertising! They clearly advertise DNA test results are ready in 2-6 business days. I called (after not receiving my results in the time frame) they said the results would be in the next day still NOTHING! I called the following Monday and now they are telling me by the end of the week. I just need to know if I need to hire a attorney and I need my results before doing that. Can the receptionist here get anymore unprofessional with her prison orange jumpsuit, fake nails,hair and eyelashes. If you are the insecure about yourself by putting that stuff on, you should understand how people see you on the outside. I guess you would have to put your phone down and turn off your social media long enough to actually interact properly with customers. Stood at the glass window in front of the receptionist who was on her cell phone (not the work phone) for a good 4 minutes before she even acknowledged me! Now you may think 4 minutes is not long, but imagine yourself at a toll booth waiting that long for the attendant to even look your way. We weren't seen for an appointment that only took 5 minutes until a half hour past our time! The staff was not very professional and the office was old and dingy. Dealing with this lab was one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had in healthcare and I work in healthcare. The lab advised they would be able to set up a lab draw at a local facility and when I arrived at the schedule appointment time that Choice set up the facility advised that Choice did not send anything. This facility also advised that despite Choice contracting with them that they have no way of contacting Choice to resolve the issue and I need to contact them myself. I call Choice and speak to a customer service representative who immediately was rude and cut me off several times when trying to explain and then finally advised that the materials were still in transit. I asked how to reschedule in a way that Choice ensures the materials are ready, the rep starts literally shouting at me on the phone advising that Choice has no responsibility or capability to ensure that the materials needed to to the correct lab work are available at the time that CHOICE set up. This customer service representative then tells me "call back in two hours and speak to a manager" and hangs up on me. Then this customer service representative goes further and calls the person that paid for the test and tells them that I said I wanted to speak to manager, which I did not. Some lab manager calls me an hour later and advises that she called the the local facility and they have the tubes on site but at that point I had left given her customer service representative had hung up on me after shouting at me to call back in two hours. I advised her at this point I do not want to use Choice at all after the experience with her customer service rep and that I want a refund which she agreed to. Choice has yet to refund and has not responded to emails I have sent regarding their inexcusable customer service. Avoid this incompetent, rude, shady company at all costs. By their own admission, according to the customer service rep I spoke to, that have no ability to ensure they will do what they say they do and no sense of accountability or ownership. read more

I came here for a drug test for my future employer. I came in when it opened at 9 and there were 2 other people ahead of me. The reception was not there and the people ahead of me were sitting waiting for assistance. The receptionist had an earbud in her ear talking but is was not about business. She took my ID and credit card for payment but took a very long time returning it to me which made me very uncomfortable. After 5 minutes I had to ask her for it. I live in NY where paternity test are kind if complicated. So I was more then happy to pay the money $370.00 to get it done. Long story short my son and I haven't gotten any results. They say 2-3 business days it's been more then 2 weeks ,many phone calls later and more excuses then I can write still no results. At this point all I want is my money back and to go somewhere else. The two lady's that finger printed were nice and professional but the lady at the front desk asking " you have you ID" ,"what you here for" not in a nice professional way more in a ghetto toned voice. Company is trash. Was given recommendation to use this company for DNA sibship testing by another person who asked that I complete a DNA sibship test with them. First of all, this company uses several laboratories all over which include (Labcorp) and other sites to collect samples for DNA testing. This means that your sample could be collected and handled by two different laboratories before it is actually tested. How is this considered a good business practice for laboratory testing?? Company charges a $350 dollar fee for sibling DNA testing. They scheduled the other party and myself to go to Labcorp to collect DNA testing in which we had a horrible experience with the customer service and would have been completely turned away if we had not made a big fuss and called the corporate office. Labcorp staff did not even know how to complete DNA testing for sibship and placed our samples in envelopes and bags marked "parent and child." The Labcorp staff didn't even have the proper paperwork for sibship testing. When I discussed this with choice DNA corporate office they insured me that everything would be oaky and that Labcorp is only instructed to collect the "samples" for DNA to be sent off to another site in Burlington, NC for the actual testing. I was informed that the samples would be shipped to another site Burlington, NC for the actual testing and that myself and the other party should receive the results within 3-5 business days from 7/14/20 date meaning no later that 7/20/20. It is now 7/21/20 and I have not received any calls or correspondence regarding my DNA test results. I have called several times and I keep being told that the testing has been extended by 1-2 days. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE. It should not take over 7 days for DNA testing. This company is shady and is operating under poor business practices and work ethics. DO NOT USE THEM! I did Dna test with this company but never got a clear results.front desk lady's are very rude over the phone. They ether not answering the phone or hanging up on you.
